Mark Thiel of Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office represented the buyer, a Southern California-based private family trust. LA Fitness' triple-net lease extends through September 2030.

NEENAH, WIS. — NAI MLG Commercial has negotiated the sale of a 83,100-square-foot warehouse, located at 2411 Industrial Dr. in Neenah. Steven Boysa of NAI MLG Commercial's Appleton, Wis., office represented Outlook Group Corp., the seller, in the transaction. The buyer was Baitan Enterprises.
ROMULUS, MICH. — DHL Global Forwarding has signed a 100,000-square-foot industrial lease renewal, located at 11400 Metro Airport Center Dr. in Romulus. Brad Viergever and Mark Hamway of Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates represented IAC Metro, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
OAK PARK, MICH. — Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of a 95,148-square-foot industrial building, located at 13000 W. Eight Mile Rd. in Oak Park. Paul Hoge of Signature Associates represented the seller, GHB, in the transaction and Steve Gordon, also of Signature Associates, represented B & S Property Holding, the buyer.
OMAHA, NEB. — Omaha-based Q 10 — Daisley Ruff Financial has arranged $4.92 million in financing for a 49,101-square-foot office building, located in Omaha. E.T. Daisley secured the loan through a correspondent lender.
INDIANAPOLIS — David A. Noyes & Co. has signed a 38,880-square-foot lease at One West in Parkwood West, located at 250 W. 96th St. in Indianapolis. The company will relocate and consolidate its operations in December 2011 from downtown. Bill Ehret of Indianapolis-based Summit Realty Group represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Duke Realty is the landlord.
CHICAGO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $10.8 million sale of a 13,738-square-foot retail property, located at the corner of West Chicago Avenue and North Orleans Street in Chicago. Walgreens anchors the property, which also includes Verizon Wireless and Bank of America. Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko of Marcus & Millichap's Oak Brook, Ill., office represented the seller, a local developer, in the transaction.
WHEATON, ILL. — A 10,836-square-foot CVS/pharmacy, located in Wheaton, has sold for $5.33 million to a private partnership. Jordan Kaufman of Chicago-based Quantum Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, a New York City-based private owner, in the transaction.
OMAHA, NEB. — Omaha-based DP Management, an affiliate of The Dial Cos., has joined TCN Worldwide. DP Management — TCN Worldwide currently leases and manages more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate in 11 Midwest states.
