Todd Fletcher of ARA's Denver office along with Andrew Shih of ARA's Austin, Texas, office represented the seller, a special servicer, in the transaction.

CONNEAUT, OHIO — Love Funding has secured a $6.51 million refinance loan for the 100-bed Villa at the Lake, an assisted living center located at 48 Parrish Rd. in Conneaut. Robert Smallwood of Love Funding's Cleveland office arranged the financing through HUD's 232/223(f) loan program.
CHICAGO — Bell Acquisition has added two tenants totaling 39,008 square feet to the 200,000-square-foot Bell Federal Building, located at 79 W. Monroe in Chicago. Matt Carolan and Kurt Kittner of Jones Lang LaSalle's Chicago office represented Columbia Insurance in its 24,181-square-foot lease. Joe Storiz of Chicago-based Marc Realty represented S&R Media in its 14,827-square-foot lease. Jeffrey Bernstein and Andy DeMoss of Chicago-based Bradford Allen Realty Services represented the landlord in both transactions.
PLAINFIELD AND GREENFIELD, IND. — CB Richard Ellis has arranged a $24.42 million loan on behalf of Welsh Property Trust for the acquisition of two industrial buildings in Plainfield and Greenfield totaling 1.37 million square feet. Joel Torborg of CB Richard Ellis' Minneapolis office arranged the 10-year loan with a 30-year amortization schedule through Allianz Life Insurance Co.
MINNETONKA, MINN. — Liberty Property Trust has acquired three office properties totaling 231,383 square feet, located at the Minnetonka Corporate Campus in Minnetonka, for $11 million. The buildings include the 91,761-square-foot 6000 Clearwater Drive, the 66,222-square-foot 12900 Whitewater Drive and the 73,400-square-foot 12800 Whitewater Drive.
SUMNER, IOWA — Binswanger has negotiated the sale of a 150,444-square-foot warehouse facility, located at 1021 W. First St. in Sumner, for an undisclosed price. Gerry Norton of Binswanger's Minneapolis office represented First Industrial Realty Trust, the seller, in the transaction. Life Line Emergency Vehicles was the buyer.
