BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Brookfield Corners LLC has topped off Dempsey Place and Garrison Court, two apartment buildings that are part of The Corners, a $220 million mixed-use lifestyle redevelopment project on West Bluemound Road in Brookfield. With a combined total of 244 apartment homes, the buildings are situated above 400,000 square feet of shopping and dining space. The properties offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom/den layouts, as well as fitness rooms, social rooms, a movie screening room and outdoor terrace with fire pit. Initial occupancy of the apartments is slated for mid-2017, and the retail portion of The Corners is scheduled to open in spring 2017. Mandel Property Services is the residential leasing and management company for The Corners.

OSHKOSH, WIS. — Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has arranged the sale of Oshkosh Center, a shopping center located at 1935-1989 S. Koeller St. in Oshkosh. Alpha Opportunity Fund I sold the property to 1935 South Koeller Street at auction through Ten-X.com for an undisclosed price. The 47,000-square-foot property is occupied by Petco and Dalton Carpet Outlet. Rich Deptula and Victor Lewis of Friedman represented the seller and buyer in the transaction.

Ohkool Investments acquired the 30,000-square-foot property from PF – Commerce Unit I LLC for an undisclosed sum. Samuel Dickman, Zach Noble and Anthony Huenerbein of The Dickman Company brokered the transaction.

KENOSHA, WIS., AND WARSAW, IND. — STREAM Capital Partners has arranged the sale-leaseback of a three-building portfolio of more than 151,000 square feet of industrial space in Kenosha and Warsaw. The properties are located at 3724 N. State Road and 486E 350N in Warsaw and 5307 95th Ave. in Kenosha. Tecomet sold the portfolio to an undisclosed REIT for $8 million. The seller then leased back three of properties as a long-term triple-net lease with periodic rent increases and multiple options for renewal from the new owner. Jonathan Wolfe and Jordan Shtulman of STREAM represented the seller in the transaction.

RACINE, WIS. — Graves Hospitality and Hilton have opened DoubleTree by Hilton Racine Harbourwalk, located at 223 Gaslight Circle in Racine. The 121-room hotel recently underwent a one-year, multi-million-dollar renovation to transform the former independently branded hotel into a DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel features the DoubleTree Sweet Dreams Sleep Experience, free WiFi, Third Coast Wood Fire Pizza & Pub, outdoor tiki bar, indoor pool and whirlpool, and 24-hour fitness and business centers. Additionally, the property offers 4,000 square feet of meeting, event and banquet facilitates. Graves Hospitality owns and manages the hotel.

WATERTOWN, BROOKFIELD AND DELAVAN, WIS. — Colliers International | Wisconsin has arranged two property sales and one lease in Wisconsin. In the first deal, FAB Leasing Co. acquired a building, located at 1701 Utah St. in Watertown, from an undisclosed seller for $320,000. Steve Sewart and Westin Kane of Colliers arranged the deal. In the second transaction, WLCFS leased 2,665 square feet of office space at 16535 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield. Sal Strehlow, Matt Fahey, Ben Anderson and Lyle Landowski of Colliers brokered the transaction. In the third deal, Griego Sound Inventions purchased a building located at 1436 Mound Road in Delavan for $350,000. Jim Larkin and Joe Eldredge of Colliers arranged the transaction. The name of the seller was not released.

MADISON, WIS. — Altus Commercial Real Estate Inc. has arranged the sale of Lake Edge Apartments, located at 4033 Monona Dr. in Madison. Altus represented the seller, Lou Reed, in the transaction. A private investor bought the property for $8.4 million. The newly constructed apartment building includes 42 units, 64 underground parking sites and a private pier on Lake Monona. Lake Edge Apartments features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

CHICAGO — CA Student Living, the student housing investment and development division of Chicago-based CA Ventures, has completed eight student housing communities comprising nearly 4,000 beds across the U.S. Located in eight states, the properties are about 95 percent occupied and represent nearly 10 percent of the 47,700 off-campus student housing beds slated to deliver nationwide in 2016, according to the developer. Valued at more than $460 million, the new communities boost the size of CA Student Living’s portfolio to $1.5 billion. All offer fully furnished apartments with in-unit laundry and a 1:1 bed-to-bath ratio in most units. The newly delivered communities include: Uncommon Athens — Uncommon Athens is a five-story building located at 165 E. Dougherty St in Athens, Ga. It is within walking distance to both downtown Athens and the University of Georgia. The property’s 210 beds include a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom floor plans, and the development contains 10,600 square feet of street-level retail space. LAKE GENEVA, WIS. — Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of The Marcus Corp., plans to add 29 all-season villas to the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva. The resort features 355 guest rooms, as well as 225 suites at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark. Villa guests will have access to all the amenities of the resort in addition to their own outdoor swimming pool during the summer and six fire pits. The villas will feature studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with a kitchen, fireplace, flat screen TV and a washer and dryer. Half of the villas will be available beginning in March 2017, and the remaining units will be open by June 2017. The 1,300-acre Grand Geneva Resort features two championship golf courses, The Mountain Top ski and snowboard facility, horseback riding, three restaurants and 62,000 square feet of meeting and convention space.

OAK CREEK, WIS. — Colliers International has arranged the lease and sale of the former headquarters of Caterpillar’s Global Mining division located at 6744 S. Howell Ave. in Oak Creek. Master Lock Co. leased the two-building, 120,883-square-foot office campus under a long-term agreement. Master Lock will relocate from its current Oak Creek location in early 2017 after tenant improvements are completed at the property. Additionally, Bucyrus Wisconsin Property, a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., sold the property to W.P. Carey for $16.8 million. Tom Shepherd and Matthew Stauber of Colliers represented Caterpillar in the lease and sale of the campus.
