MILWAUKEE — The Dickman Company/CORFAC International has arranged a lease between Northwest Holdings Corp. and Sellars Absorbent Materials Inc. at 7300 N. 60th St. in Milwaukee. Sellars Absorbent Materials will occupy 104,627 square feet of industrial/office space at the property. Samuel Dickman Jr., Samuel Dickman, Zach Noble and TJ Huenerbein of The Dickman Company brokered the lease.

VILLAGE OF SOMERS, WIS. — First Industrial Realty Trust has signed a long-term tenant for its first building at First Park 94, a 601,439-square-foot industrial facility located in Village of Somers. The cross-docked facility features 36-foot clear heights, 185-foot truck courts, ample trailer parking, extensive dock-high loading, skylighting and an ESFR sprinkler system. The name of the tenant was not disclosed. Additionally, First Industrial is breaking ground for the second building at the park. The second building will total approximately 600,000 square feet with expandability. Upon completion, First Park 94 will accommodate 4.6 million square feet of development, including build-to-suits ranging from 150,000 square feet to 2 million square feet. The site is accessible to Interstate 94 from three four-way interchanges and offers frontage along the Canadian Pacific Railway with potential rail access. Whit Heitman, Sam Badger and Brad Weiner of NAI Hiffman, Roger Siegel of Dickman Co. and Tony Haning of JLL assisted with the lease transaction.

MILWAUKEE — The Boulder Group has brokered the sale of a 110,636-square-foot office building net leased to US Bank for $14 million. The property, located a 615 E. Michigan St. in Milwaukee, is connected via a sky-walk to US Bank regional headquarters building. A Midwest-based partnership in a 1031 exchange purchased the facility from Oak Street Real Estate Capital. US Bank’s lease expires in December 2026. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented both parties in the transaction.

SUN PRAIRIE, WIS. — Scannell Properties has broken ground on a 102,125-square-foot industrial and office facility for Kollege Town Sports in Sun Prairie, approximately 15 miles northwest of Madison. Kollege Town Sports is a division of Riddell, a designer and developer of athletic apparel and equipment. The building, situated on 13 acres, will support operations such as sales, production and warehousing. Kollege Town will transition to the new facility from its current location in Windsor in spring 2017. The project team includes Avison Young, real estate consultant and construction manager; Incentis Group, public incentives consultant; Scannell Properties, developer; Heitman Architects, architect; Sullivan designBUILD, general contractor; and Quam Engineering, civil engineer.

PORT WASHINGTON, WIS. — Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has brokered the sale of a 67,215-square-foot retail center in Port Washington, approximately 30 miles north of Milwaukee, for an undisclosed price. PJR Properties, an affiliate of Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC, purchased the property from CSFB 2002-CKP1 Seven Hills LLC – LNR. North Port Shopping Center, located at 101 W. Seven Hills Road, is situated on a 6.5-acre site and features tenants such as Sentry Foods, Cost Cutters, Subway, H&R Block and Arby’s. The property was sold at auction through Ten-X.com.

MADISON, WIS. — BMC Capital has arranged a $1.7 million acquisition loan for a building occupied by Valvoline and Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Madison. The 2,368-square-foot building was constructed in 1987. The 10-year loan features a 4.8 percent fixed rate for five years and a 25-year amortization schedule. Jada Jordan of BMC Capital arranged the loan through one of the company’s correspondent banking relationships.

BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Brookfield Corners LLC has arranged three new leases at The Corners of Brookfield, a 750,000-square-foot upscale lifestyle center 13 miles west of Milwaukee. Free People, Paper Source and Francesca’s will join other retailers such as L.L. Bean, Arhaus, Twigs, Café Hollander, Evereve, Anthropologie and lululemon athletica at the development, which is scheduled to come on line in the spring of 2017. Bradford Real Estate Services Corp. is the development manager for the facility. The Corners of Brookfield will feature 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, anchored by a 140,000-square-foot Von Maur department store and a 30,000-square-foot Sendik’s Food Market. The project will also include 244 luxury apartment homes and parking for more than 1,700 cars.

MILWAUKEE — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 5,000-square-foot industrial building in Milwaukee for an undisclosed price. Adams Recycling LLC purchased the facility, located at 2725-2731 S. 29th St., from The Lynne M. Borts Revocable Trust. TJ Huenerbein of The Dickman Company brokered the transaction.

KENOSHA, WIS. — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has negotiated the sale of a 272,000-square-foot industrial building in Kenosha, approximately 35 miles south of Milwaukee, for an undisclosed price. Phoenix Kenosha LLC purchased the building, which is located at 3122 14th Ave., from Walnut & Vine Properties II LLC. Nick Keys of The Dickman Company represented the buyer in the transaction, and Brad Thompson of Millennium Properties represented the seller.
