PEWAUKEE, WIS. — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has arranged a 20,242-square-foot office and industrial lease in Pewaukee, approximately 20 miles west of Milwaukee. TF Final Mile LLC will occupy Suite 200 in the building, which is located at W233 N2800 Roundy Circle W. Byrne Family Limited Partnership & 3RP LLC is the landlord. Samuel M. Dickman Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of The Dickman Company represented the landlord in the transaction. Bill Langhoff of Colliers International represented the tenant.

DEFOREST, WIS. — Ryan Companies US Inc. has broken ground on a 132,730-square-foot processing facility for The Little Potato Company in DeForest, approximately 17 miles north of Madison. The building, to be situated on a 15.9-acre site, will be the company’s first facility in the United States. When completed, the building will include 11,730 square feet of office space and 121,000 square feet of cooler, dry warehouse and processing space. The facility will feature 30-foot clear heights in the warehouse area, nine dock doors, two overhead drive-in doors and 130 stalls for employee parking. The project, located inside the DeForest Business Park, is scheduled for completion in 2017. Alberta, Canada-based The Little Potato Company specializes in the processing of creamer potatoes.

BROOKFIELD, WIS. — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 25,520-square-foot industrial building in Brookfield, 13 miles west of Milwaukee. Theomax Real Estate LLC purchased the building from LPM Group LLC for an undisclosed price. The facility is located at 3280 Gateway Road. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Roger Siegel of The Dickman Company brokered the transaction.

NEW BERLIN, WIS. — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has arranged the sale of a 44,262-square-foot industrial building in New Berlin, approximately 15 miles southwest of Milwaukee. AQ Matic Real Estate purchased the facility, which is located at 16605-16685 W. Victor Road, from K.G. Stevens Holdings LLC for an undisclosed price. Anthony Huenerbein of The Dickman Company represented the seller in the transaction. Stephen Provancher and Mitchell Starczynski of NAI MLG Commercial represented the buyer.

MILWAUKEE — Farbman Group has acquired the 22-story Chase Tower in Milwaukee for $30.5 million. Situated on the corner of East Wisconsin Avenue and North Water Street, the Chase Tower includes 480,000 square feet of office space and a 746-space parking structure. Farbman plans to upgrade the first and second floors, which host the building’s amenities. Tenants at the office tower include JPMorgan Chase, Infinity Healthcare, WUWM Public Radio and law firm O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong & Laing. Brookfield Real Estate Opportunity Fund was the seller.

BROWN DEER, WIS. — New Perspective Senior Living has nearly finished work on a 133-unit seniors housing community in the Milwaukee suburb of Brown Deer. The property is scheduled to open in early August. The 153,000-square-foot community will feature 87 independent and assisted living units and 46 memory care units. Founded in 1998, New Perspective Senior Living is a Minneapolis-based developer and operator with 14 communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois.

ST. FRANCIS, WIS. — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 30,100-square-foot industrial building in St. Francis, approximately six miles south of Milwaukee, for an undisclosed price. Price Avenue Partners LLC purchased the building, located at 4630 S. Brust Ave., from Airport I LLC. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Cale Berg of The Dickman Company brokered the transaction.

MADISON, WIS. — Walker & Dunlop has arranged an $11.6 million loan for the acquisition of High Point Office Park in Madison. The 217,814-square-foot office park includes 11 buildings, which vary from one to three stories. Amenities in the office park include a fitness center, walking paths, a pond, gazebos and picnic areas. The 10-year, fixed-rate loan features a debt-service coverage ratio of 1.67. The borrower was a Chicago-based investment firm. Justin Nelson of Walker & Dunlop placed the financing with a Midwest-based correspondent life company.

VERNON HILLS, WIS. — The Barre Code, a women’s fitness center, has signed a five-year, 2,300-square-foot lease for space at Hawthorn Center in Vernon Hills. Joe Padorr of Seneca Real Estate arranged the transaction for The Barre Code, which will be located at the northwest corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Townline Road. Hawthorn Center is a 55,000-square-foot former office building that has been converted into a mixed-use property. Other tenants at the property include Northwestern Medicine, Uncle Julio’s Mexican Restaurant and T-Mobile.

STEVENS POINT, WIS. — Miron Construction Co. has broken ground on a $75 million science building for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, located 100 miles west of Green Bay. The four-story, 176,500-square-foot chemistry building will include classrooms, lecture halls, research and teaching labs, faculty and staff offices and a tropical conservatory. The facility, which is slated for completion in 2018, is the first major freestanding building constructed on the campus since 1971. The building is designed to use 40 percent less energy and 26 percent less water compared with a conventional design through the utilization of large windows, highly efficient mechanical and electrical systems, bioswales and rain gardens. HOK and Potter Lawson are designing the building.
