Park Lafayette Towers is a 271-unit high-rise complex that was constructed in 2009. Erik Storz of KeyBank arranged the loan for the undisclosed borrower.
MILWAUKEE, WIS. — The Dickman Co./CORFAC International has arranged the sale of a 119,040-square-foot industrial building in Milwaukee, for an undisclosed price. 8301 Parkland LLC purchased the facility from TJM Parkland Court LLC. The asset is located at 8301 W. Parkland Court. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Nick Keys of The Dickman Co. were the sole brokers in the transaction.
MIDDLETON, WIS. — Walker & Dunlop Inc. has completed a $32.3 million refinancing loan for an office property in Middleton, approximately six miles west of Madison. Spectrum Brands, a global consumer products company that includes brands such as George Foreman and Black + Decker, is using the capital to refinance the construction loan for its headquarters, which was built in 2013. The 222,000-square-foot building is four stories. The loan was structured with a five-year term, a 79 percent loan-to-value and a debt service coverage ratio of 1.44.
OAK CREEK, WIS. — The Dickman Co./CORFAC International has arranged a 17,425-square-foot industrial lease in Oak Creek, approximately 14 miles south of Milwaukee. Schenker Inc. will lease the space located at 330 E. Mahn Court from Maggster LLC. Samuel M. Dickman Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman of The Dickman Co. represented the landlord in the transaction, and Karl Wiedenman of CBRE represented the tenant.
ONALASKA, WIS. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has brokered the sale of a 162,905-square-foot shopping center for $16.3 million. Crossing Meadows is located at 1260 Crossing Meadow Drive in Onalaska. Crossing Meadows is anchored by Festival Foods, which leases 57 percent of the retail center. Festival Foods has five years remaining on a 15-year lease. Crossing Meadows is shadow anchored by Sam’s Club and Gander Mountain. Other major tenants include Hancock Fabrics, Rogan’s Shoes and Party City. The shopping center is currently 89 percent leased. Erin Patton, Craig Fuller and Scott Wiles of IPA represented the seller in the transaction, an Ohio-based company. The trio also procured the buyer, a local developer.
KENOSHA, WIS. – The Dickman Co./CORFAC International has arranged the sale of a 7,000-square-foot industrial building in Kenosha for an undisclosed price. Bone Dry Products Inc. purchased the facility located at 9009 58th Place from Neal R. Rusecki and Nancy J. Rusecki. Zach Noble and Cale Berg of The Dickman Co. represented the seller in the transaction. Mike Pitts Jr. of Pitts Brothers & Associates represented the buyer.
WEST ALLIS, WIS. — The Dickman Co./CORFAC International completed the sale of a 55,588-square-foot industrial building in West Allis, approximately six miles west of Milwaukee, for an undisclosed price. RONK 2030 LLC purchased the building located at 2030 S. 116th St. from Anton & Shirley Stricker Trust Number One. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Anthony Huenerbein of the Dickman Co. represented the seller in the transaction. Gary Kohlenberg represented the buyer.
ALLENTOWN, PA. — Allentown-based CrossAmerica Partners LP has agreed to acquire 31 franchised Holiday convenience stores located in Wisconsin and Minnesota from SSG Corp. for $48.5 million. Of the 31 company-operated stores, 28 are located in Wisconsin and three are located in Minnesota. The acquisition is subject to customary conditions to closing and is expected to close in the first quarter of this year.
