MILWAUKEE — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $21.5 million Freddie Mac CME loan for Presidio Square Apartments in Milwaukee. The 248-unit, garden-style apartment complex was built in 1991. Jeannie Johnson of KeyBank Real Estate Capital Markets’ multifamily team arranged the financing for the undisclosed borrower. The financing will be used to pay off an existing loan.

MIDDLETON, WIS. — ALTUS Commercial Real Estate Inc. has arranged the lease of 3,263 square feet of retail/office space in Middleton, a northwestern suburb of Madison. The property is located at 6301 University St. Dr. Joe Cristoforo and Dr. Ken Neidhart have joined together to create The Center for Periodontics & Dental Implants Clinic, which will serve at this new location. CHIPPEWA FALLS, WIS. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of Chippewa Commons in Chippewa Falls. An Eau Claire, Wis.-based private investment group purchased the 169,631-square-foot, multi-tenant shopping center. Chippewa Commons is located at the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 124 and Woodward Avenue. Dollar Tree, GNC, H&R Block and Check ‘n Go are tenants at the center. DE PERE, WIS. — Ogden & Co. Inc. has arranged the $3.9 million sale of a 56-unit apartment complex in De Pere, a suburb of Green Bay. Trumpeter Trail is located at 605-665 Trumpeter Trail. Trumpeter Trail Associates LLC sold the property to the buyer, a Wisconsin-based investor group. David Tighe and Tim Dwyer of Ogden & Co. were the brokers involved in the transaction.

DE PERE, WIS. — The Boulder Group has arranged the $1.3 million sale of a single-tenant KinderCare property in De Pere, a suburb of Green Bay. The net-leased property is located at 1553 Arcadian Lane. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, a Midwest-based real estate fund. A family office from the West Coast purchased the property. KinderCare has operated at this location since 1999 and recently elected to execute an early lease extension. KinderCare is a for-profit childcare provider operating more than 1,600 locations.

MILWAUKEE — Marcus Theatres, a division of The Marcus Corp., plans to make multi-million dollar renovations at several Marcus Cinemas in Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio and Nebraska. The renovations will add recliner seating to all of the auditoriums at the South Shore and Menomonee Falls Cinemas in the Milwaukee market and the Elgin Cinema in Elgin, Illinois. Existing UltraScreen auditoriums at the Elgin Cinema and the Pickerington Cinema in Ohio, and an additional auditorium at the Twin Creek Cinema in Nebraska, will be upgraded to the UltraScreen DLX concept. A Take FiveSM Lounge will also be added at the Pickerington and South Shore Cinemas, and Zaffiro’s Express outlets will be added at the South Shore, Elgin and Pickerington locations. Additional renovations are planned for the Southgate Cinema in Milwaukee and the Majestic Cinema of Brookfield, Wisconsin.
NEENAH, WIS. — The Morgan Partners LLC has arranged the $760,000 sale of an 8,000-square-foot bank property in Neenah. CitizensFirst Credit Union of Oshkosh purchased the property located at 640 S.
