SHEBOYGAN, WIS. — Club Car Wash has purchased two acres at 4433 Vanguard Drive in Sheboygan, about 57 miles north of Milwaukee. The purchase price was undisclosed. Joe Kleiman and Adam Dreier of Mid-America Real Estate represented the buyer. The seller was an entity doing business as 4433 Vanguard Outlots LLC.

OCONOMOWOC, WIS. — McShane Construction Co. has completed construction of Hackney House Apartments, a 302-unit apartment community in Oconomowoc, a western suburb of Milwaukee. Mandel Group developed the 20-building property, which consists of 18 garden-style buildings and two townhome buildings. Amenities include a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center and gourmet kitchen, outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen, pet spa, event lawn, car wash and dog parks. The development was funded in part through HUD 221(d)(4) financing. BSB Design was the project architect.

WAUWATOSA, WIS. — M&R Development has opened 2929 on Mayfair, a 258-unit luxury apartment complex in the Milwaukee suburb of Wauwatosa. M&R co-developed the project with Campbell Capital Group. RMK Management is the property manager. Located at 2929 N. Mayfair Road, the property is just down the street from The Mayfair Collection, a 69-acre mixed-use development. Illinois-based M&R has now opened three apartment communities in Wisconsin in the last three years. Units at 2929 on Mayfair range from 453 to 1,282 square feet. Monthly rents range from $1,250 to $2,610. A three-story clubhouse is at the center of the community with an adjoining courtyard and outdoor pool. The shared spaces include an entertainment kitchen, coffee bar, lounge, fitness center, yoga room, business center with private conference rooms and workstations, a pet washing station and package room. There is also a three-level parking garage with car wash and electric vehicle charging stations.

WAUKESHA, WIS. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $14.9 million sale of a 112,010-square-foot shopping center in Waukesha, a western suburb of Milwaukee. Sendek’s Grocery Store anchors the property, which is also home to Walgreens, McDonald’s and Cost Cutters. Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company. The team also procured and represented the buyer, a Michigan-based limited liability company.

AMERY, WIS. — Kraus-Anderson has completed the first phase of renovations at Amery Hospital & Clinics in Amery, a city in Northwest Wisconsin. Designed by BWBR Architects, this phase included a $2.3 million infusion and emergency room totaling 4,813 square feet. Phase II, which is nearing completion, includes a remodel of the emergency department’s waiting area, triage area and low acuity rooms as well as a build-out of a new at-risk behavioral health room and central nursing station. Next month, Kraus-Anderson will begin an extensive remodel of the emergency department’s procedure room and break room as well as an additional build-out of the behavioral health room and exam rooms. This final phase is slated for completion in March.

KOHLER, WIS. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of Deertrace Kohler in Kohler, a northern suburb of Milwaukee. The sales price was undisclosed. Managed by Pine Tree, the 171,366-square-foot shopping center features tenants such as T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Sierra Trading Post, Dollar Tree, Spectrum, Bath & Body Works, U.S. Cellular, Mattress Firm and JoAnn. Rick Drogosz and Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America represented the seller, IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. Chase Properties was the buyer.

FOND DU LAC, WIS. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $1.2 million sale of a 2,070-square-foot gas station occupied by Exxon in Fond du Lac, a city in eastern Wisconsin along Lake Winnebago. The net-leased property is located at 362 N. Peters Ave. Austin Weisenbeck, Sean Sharko, Nicholas Kanich and Timothy Nichols of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company. Weisenbeck, Sharko and Nichols secured and represented the buyer, a private investor.

MUSKEGO AND OAK CREEK, WIS. — Walker & Dunlop has arranged $16 million in HUD-insured loans for the acquisition of two assisted living properties in metro Milwaukee. Kevin Giusti and Daniel Barone of Walker & Dunlop arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, a developer. The first property is Caring Alternatives of Muskego, a 30-unit community located on Pioneer Drive in Muskego. The second is Caring Alternatives of Oak Creek, a 45-unit property located on 13th Street in Oak Creek.

MILWAUKEE AND BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Planet Fitness has signed two new retail leases in metro Milwaukee. The first lease is for 12,995 square feet at 121 W. Oklahoma Ave. in Milwaukee. PJR Properties LLC is the property landlord. The second lease is for 26,975 square feet at the Shops on Bluemound, which is located at 16085 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield. An entity doing business as HHAMB LLP is the landlord. Adam Dreier and Tony Colvin of Mid-America Real Estate represented the tenant in both leases.
