Built in 2007, the property is located at 9740-9800 76th St. The center was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Starbucks, Panda Express, Aspen Dental and AT&T. Chad Firsel of Quantum represented the seller, a Chicago-based private investor. Daniel Waszak of Quantum represented the buyer, a Miami-based investor.

SOMERS, WIS. — Ravine Park Partners LLC has broken ground on Hawthorn Apartments in Somers in northern Kenosha County. The 241-unit luxury apartment community is slated for completion in April 2020. Community amenities will include a pool, outdoor kitchen, game area, dog park, pet wash, car wash and fitness facility. Units will feature washers and dryers, refrigerators with water dispensers, microwaves, dishwashers and quartz countertops. Legacy Varin Management will manage the property.
MADISON, WIS. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has brokered the sale of Oakbridge Retail Center in Madison for an undisclosed price. The 54,216-square-foot shopping center is fully leased to tenants such as Salons Etc., Heid Music, Rocky Rococo, Brothers Main and iCare. Carly Gallagher and Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America represented the seller, a Madison-based investment group. Baltimore-based AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors purchased the asset.
MIDDLETON, WIS. — ORIX Real Estate Holdings (ORIX) has provided a $40 million construction loan for a 263-unit multifamily development in Middleton, a suburb of Madison. The project will also feature 31,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, including a food hall. The units will be standard one-floor apartments as well as two-story lofts. Completion is slated for February 2021. The borrower was not disclosed.
MADISON, WIS. — Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke has brokered the sale of a former Boston Store property in Madison for $5.7 million. The 144,600-square-foot property is located within West Towne Mall, a regional mall comprising more than 120 stores. John Kuhn and David Tighe of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke represented the seller, S&B Detrick LP. The buyer, CBL Properties, plans to raze the existing structure and oversee construction of a new Von Maur store on the 9.4-acre site.
SUN PRAIRIE AND DEFOREST, WIS. — Berkadia has arranged the sale of a two-property multifamily portfolio totaling 364 units in suburban Madison. The sales price was not disclosed. The properties include Van Buren Place in Sun Prairie and The Park in DeForest. Located at 1351 Okeefee Ave., Van Buren Place is a 164-unit, garden-style community. The Park, located at 6203 Williamsburg Way, is a newly constructed, 200-unit property. Ralph DePasquale, Parker Stewart and Alex Blagojevich represented the seller, Wisconsin-based Cascade Development. Weidner Apartment Homes purchased the portfolio. Clay Akiwenzie, Chris Blechschmidt and Emily Stang of Berkadia procured acquisition financing through a life insurance company.
BAYFIELD, WIS. — Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the $7.8 million sale of a 26,640-square-foot office building in Bayfield in upstate Wisconsin along Lake Superior. The National Park Service occupies the single-tenant building, which is located at 37705 Roys Point Blvd. The property serves as a marina, boat maintenance facility and field office for the 21 islands and 43,000 acres of public lands that make up the Apostle Islands National Park. Scott Briggs of Stan Johnson represented the seller, Wisconsin-based Roy’s Pointe LP. Delaware-based Bayfield WI I SGF LLC purchased the property.

WEST BEND, WIS. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $3.5 million sale of the Country Inn & Suites West Bend. The 58-room hotel is located at 2000 Gateway Court in West Bend, about 35 miles northwest of Milwaukee. Ebrahim Valliani, Michael Klar, Alan Miller and Chris Gomes of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The team also secured the buyer, a private investor.
