KENOSHA, WIS. — A joint venture between Clear Height Properties and Israel-based Buligo Capital Partners has acquired the 354,000-square-foot headquarters of Kenall Lighting Inc. The purchase price was not disclosed. The manufacturing and distribution facility is located within the Business Park of Kenosha. Completed in 2014, the building sits on a 20.4-acre site and includes 50,000 square feet of office space. It features a clear height of 32 feet, eight exterior docks, one drive-in door and 442 car parking stalls. Kenall Lighting produces lighting fixtures, with applications in corrections, healthcare, public spaces, food processing and transit. Jeffrey Devine and Steve Disse of Colliers International represented the seller, a private investor.

MOUNT PLEASANT, WIS. — Hillwood, a Perot company, has acquired a newly constructed industrial building spanning 307,850 square feet in Mount Pleasant, about 30 miles south of Milwaukee. Located at 11905 Meridian Drive, the property features a clear height of 32 feet, rear loading and 140-foot truck courts. The purchase price and seller were not disclosed.
MADISON, WIS. — Banyan Investment Group has acquired a three-property hotel portfolio in Madison for approximately $50 million. Banyan will operate the portfolio, which is comprised of a 127-room Courtyard by Marriott, a 130-room Fairfield Inn & Suites and a 115-room Hampton Inn. Each of the four-story properties features a pool, fitness center and business center. The Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hampton Inn have newly furnished breakfast lounges. The Courtyard by Marriott features 1,080 square feet of meeting space. Banyan is a hotel investment and management company with offices in Florida and Georgia. The seller was not disclosed.
WISCONSIN — Zilber Property Group (ZPG) has sold a portfolio of 15 industrial buildings to two private equity funds managed by High Street Realty Co. for an undisclosed price. The buildings total 1.7 million square feet and are located throughout Southeast Wisconsin and northern Illinois along the I-94 corridor. The majority of the portfolio’s assets are the product of ZPG’s development activity over the last 10 years.
MOUNT PLEASANT, WIS. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Warwick Business Court in Mount Pleasant for $2.7 million. The five-building, 24,600-square-foot office park is located at 1151 Warwick Way near I-94 and about five miles west of Racine. Concentra Urgent Care, DaVita Dialysis and Aurora Health Care are the major tenants in the office park. Alex Sacks, Brett Rodgers and Frank Roti of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer, a Canada-based investor.
PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — I|C Construction is set to break ground on an 800-unit, 127,156-square-foot self-storage facility in Pleasant Prairie. Bruno and Lori Hanney purchased the 5.4-acre site at 9001 Wilmot Road for the development of the project. Upon completion, Extra Space Storage Inc. will manage the property. The facility will offer drive-in access, climate-controlled units, surveillance cameras, access codes and LED lighting. In.studio Architecture designed the project, which is slated for completion in January 2020.
MILWAUKEE — Dave’s Guitar Shop LLC has signed a 5,209-square-foot retail lease in Milwaukee. The guitar store will occupy the space at 914 S. 5th St. Max Jacobson and Drew Speth of Mid-America Real Estate-Wisconsin LLC represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The landlord was not disclosed. Dave’s Guitar Shop first opened in La Crosse, Wis. in 1982.
MILWAUKEE — The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International has negotiated the sale of a 450,000-square-foot industrial building in Milwaukee. The property is located at 4265 N. 30th St. Samuel D. Dickman and Samuel M. Dickman Jr. brokered the transaction. Century City Industrial DRS LLC purchased the building from DRS Naval Power Systems Inc. The seller, which is a subsidiary of defense contractor Leonardo DRS Inc., sold the asset for $3.5 million, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Leonardo DRS plans to relocate from Milwaukee to Menomonee Falls.
SAUKVILLE, WIS. — Colliers International has brokered the sale of a 71,931-square-foot industrial facility in Saukville, about 25 miles north of Milwaukee. The property is located at 300 Dekora Woods Road. Bill Langhoff and Tom Shepherd of Colliers brokered the sale. Dekora Woods 13 LLC purchased the asset for an undisclosed price.
NEW BERLIN, WIS. — Founders 3 Real Estate Services has arranged a 28,930-square-foot flex industrial lease in New Berlin. Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski of Founders 3 represented the landlord, LCM Funds 50 Tennis LLC. The tenant, GWI Ventures LLC, is a company founded to expand opportunities for youth and adult sports in Southeast Wisconsin. It intends to develop an indoor sport court facility for operating leagues and providing training space.
