MILWAUKEE — National General Insurance has signed a 31,315-square-foot office lease at Schlitz Park in Milwaukee. The 800,000-square-foot office complex is now fully leased. In 2011, Schlitz Park began undergoing a $30 million renovation. Since then, more than 20 new or expanded leases feature tenants such as the Milwaukee Bucks, UMB Fund Services, Infosys, AECOM, Badger Liquor, HSA Bank and Trusted Media Brands. Ned Purtell and Jenna Maguire of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented Schlitz Park in the lease transaction. Chris Richards of Oakbrook Corp. represented National General Insurance, a personal lines insurance company headquartered in New York City. Schlitz Park is owned and managed by The Brewery Works Inc., the organization formed by the families that purchased the property in 1983.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Colliers International has negotiated a 534,384-square-foot industrial lease renewal on behalf of Arvato Digital Services in Pleasant Prairie, approximately 37 miles south of Milwaukee. Located at 11500 80th Ave., the property features 20,000 square feet of office space, 40 exterior docks, four drive-in doors and a clear height of 32 feet. CenterPoint has owned the property since 2009. Fred Regnery and Jack Rosenberg of the Chicago office of Colliers represented Arvato in the lease transaction. Arvato distributes consumer products to retail store distribution centers as well as directly to consumers.
MILWAUKEE — Irgens has begun construction of BMO Tower in downtown Milwaukee. Four concrete pumps poured 6,700 cubic yards of concrete over the weekend to create the foundation for the 380,000-square-foot office tower. Completion is slated for late 2019. Located at 770 N. Water St., the tower will rise 20 stories. BMO Harris Bank and Michael Best have signed leases at the property. Colliers International is the leasing agent, J.H. Findorff & Son is the general contractor and Kahler Slater is the architect.
ASHWAUBENON, WIS. — Infinity Machine & Engineering Corp. has renewed its 34,100-square-foot industrial lease at 995 Waube Lane in Ashwaubenon, just south of Green Bay. Scott Revolinski of Founders 3 Real Estate Services represented the landlord, LCM Funds Real Estate LLC, in the transaction.
WAUWATOSA, WIS. — Colliers International has negotiated a 19,773-square-foot industrial sale in Wauwatosa for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 11200 W. Watertown Plank Road. MILWAUKEE — Spaces has signed a 43,000-square-foot office lease at 1433 N. Water St. in downtown Milwaukee. This will be the first Milwaukee location for the co-working company. The fourth- and fifth-floor space will feature a business club, private offices and desks. Members will also have access to a rooftop patio, meeting rooms and other amenities. A project of Wangard Partners, the 115,600-square-foot property is a redevelopment of the former Laacke & Joys building. GREEN BAY, WIS. — Architecture, engineering, environmental and planning firm ISG is moving into the WaterMark building in downtown Green Bay. The firm will occupy 14,000 square feet. ISG is currently designing its new space on the third floor and anticipates a September 2018 move-in. After acquiring Raasch Associates in September 2016, ISG has grown its Green Bay presence by more than 40 percent. Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions LLC developed the six-story WaterMark building, which anchors the CityDeck, a community venue for dining and outdoor concerts.
ILLINOIS, INDIANA AND WISCONSIN — Berkadia has arranged the $41.5 million sale of the Tristate Portfolio, a 545-unit multifamily portfolio located in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. The properties include: the 184-unit Garden Quarter in Elgin, Ill.; the 123-unit Glacier Hills in Madison, Wis.; the 138-unit Arbor Crossing in Valparaiso, Ind.; and the 100-unit Barrington Bridge in Chesterton, Ind. Glacier Hills was constructed in 1989, while the other properties were built in the 1970s. Alex Blagojevich, Ralph DePasquale, Chris Bruzas and Parker Stewart of Berkadia represented the undisclosed seller. Two separate buyers purchased the portfolio.
MILWAUKEE — HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank NA and provider of consumer-directed health accounts, has extended the lease on its 57,517-square-foot office space in Milwaukee. The bank is also expanding by 10,725 square feet. HSA Bank is located on the second floor of Schlitz Park’s RiverCenter building at 1515 N. RiverCenter Drive. The office is home to 335 employees. SAUKVILLE, WIS. — The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 30,197-square-foot industrial building in Saukville, about 25 miles north of Milwaukee. The sales price was not disclosed. The property is located at 851 N. Progress Drive. Nick Keys and Roger Siegel of Dickman brokered the transaction. Progress13 LLC purchased the asset from Denz Group LLC.
