MILWAUKEE — MCR has purchased the 169-room Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown for an undisclosed price. MCR will also manage the property, which is located at 300 W. Michigan St. Hotel features include Wi-Fi, a fitness center, indoor pool, convenience store, restaurant and bar and four event spaces. MCR is a hotel owner-operator that has invested in 103 hotel properties with more than 12,000 rooms in 27 states.

MILWAUKEE — Healthcare Trust Inc. has acquired Aurora Health Center in Milwaukee for $6 million. The 25,466-square-foot outpatient facility and surgical center is 95 percent leased to subsidiaries of Aurora Health Care. Completed in 2000, the property is less than one mile from Aurora’s flagship 882-bed hospital, St. Luke’s Medical Center. Ben Appel, Evan Kovac, Andrew Milne, Anthony Frogameni, Matt DiCesare and Jaime Fink of HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Atkins Cos.
GREEN BAY, WIS. — Stage Equity Partners LLC has acquired St. Mary’s medical office building in Green Bay for $7.3 million. The 50,000-square-foot property is fully leased to St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center and operates under the Prevea Health brand as well as St. Gianna Clinic. The asset is located at 1727 Shawano Ave., directly across from St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center. Considered part of the hospital campus, the property offers heart care, physical and occupational therapy, behavioral healthcare, fertility care and other specialty services. Stage purchased the asset from its longtime physician owner with a new 10-year lease extension. MB Financial provided acquisition financing.
RACINE, WIS. — Podolsky Circle CORFAC International has arranged the $2.7 million sale of a 31,638-square-foot office building in Racine, about 30 miles south of Milwaukee. Built in 2002, the two-story property is located at 5439 Durand Ave., across from Regency Mall. Multiple tenants occupy the building, including Associated Bank, Advanced Medical Imaging, CleanSlate Medical Group of Wisconsin and Habush, Habush & Rottier. The buyer, Gateway Investment Partners, plans to upgrade the common areas, restrooms, parking lot, signage and landscaping. KENOSHA, WIS. — Morgan/Harbour Construction is expanding operations and opening an office in Kenosha. This will be the third office and first outside of Illinois for the general contractor. Slated to open in May, the office is located at 6905 Green Bay Road. The new location will house both permanent staff as well as provide work stations for those traveling from other offices. Morgan/Harbour currently maintains an office in downtown Chicago and its headquarters in Willowbrook, Ill.
APPLETON, WIS. — HREC Investment Advisors has arranged the sale of the 105-room Country Inn & Suites in Appleton for an undisclosed price. The hotel is located along U.S. Highway 41, which encircles the city and connects Appleton with Green Bay to the north and Milwaukee to the south. Scott Kaniewski of HREC represented the seller, a Midwest-based investment company. Duluth, Minnesota-based IGO Legacy Hotel Group LLC purchased the asset.
PRAIRIE DU SAC, WIS. — American Healthcare Investors and Griffin Capital Co. LLC, the co-sponsors of Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV Inc., have acquired the Sauk Prairie medical office building in Prairie du Sac near Madison for $19.5 million. Built in 2014, the 55,000-square-foot building is currently fully leased to multiple healthcare service providers. Sauk Prairie Healthcare occupies 59 percent of the property, which is connected to the 36-bed Sauk Prairie Hospital. Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher of CBRE represented the seller, Sauk Prairie MOB LLC. As of this acquisition, the REIT has purchased a portfolio of 43 medical office buildings, seniors housing facilities and skilled nursing facilities for an aggregate contract purchase price of approximately $508 million.
OSHKOSH, WIS. — Alliant Credit Union has provided a $10.3 million loan for the refinancing of the Shops at Market Fair in Oshkosh. The 89,698-square-foot retail center, located at 1508-1550 S. Koeller St., is fully leased to tenants such as Ulta and Wisconsin Vision. Mark Ebersold of NorthMarq Capital arranged the 10-year loan, which features a 25-year amortization schedule. East Capitol Realty LLC was the borrower.
Dickman/CORFAC International Brokers Sale of 187,000 SF Industrial Building in Sturtevant, Wisconsin
STURTEVANT, WIS. — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 187,000-square-foot industrial building in Sturtevant, about 28 miles south of Milwaukee. The sales price was not disclosed. The property is located at 2620 90th St. Gallo Business Center Investments LLC purchased the building from 90th Street Industrial LLC. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Zach Noble of Dickman brokered the transaction.
