OSHKOSH, WIS. — Alliant Credit Union has provided a $10.3 million loan for the refinancing of the Shops at Market Fair in Oshkosh. The 89,698-square-foot retail center, located at 1508-1550 S. Koeller St., is fully leased to tenants such as Ulta and Wisconsin Vision. Mark Ebersold of NorthMarq Capital arranged the 10-year loan, which features a 25-year amortization schedule. East Capitol Realty LLC was the borrower.

Dickman/CORFAC International Brokers Sale of 187,000 SF Industrial Building in Sturtevant, Wisconsin
STURTEVANT, WIS. — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 187,000-square-foot industrial building in Sturtevant, about 28 miles south of Milwaukee. The sales price was not disclosed. The property is located at 2620 90th St. Gallo Business Center Investments LLC purchased the building from 90th Street Industrial LLC. Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Zach Noble of Dickman brokered the transaction.
MILWAUKEE — The Dickman Company Inc./CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 49,802-square-foot industrial building in Milwaukee for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 8220 W. Sleske Court. Roger Siegel of Dickman represented the seller, Mortara Instrument LLC. Jeff Hoffman of Cushman & Wakefield/Boerke represented the buyer, HMLJ Industries LLC.
MILWAUKEE — CBL Properties has unveiled plans for the redevelopment of the former Sears building at Brookfield Square in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee. The first phase of the redevelopment calls for new dining and entertainment options that will include WhirlyBall and BistroPlex from Marcus Theatres. Construction is expected to begin this month with planning underway for additional phases of redevelopment. WhirlyBall will include indoor entertainment paired with a chef-inspired menu and rotating craft beers and seasonal cocktails. The two-story venue will feature two WhirlyBall courts, eight bowling lanes, a four-lane VIP bowling suite and a multi-level LaserTag arena. BistroPlex will feature in-theater dining with recliner seating and a full-service bar and lounge area.
WEST ALLIS, WIS. — Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke has arranged the sale of the Atlas Pipe Threading Co. building in West Allis, six miles west of Milwaukee. The sales price was not disclosed. The 35,266-square-foot industrial property is located at 11133 W. Rogers St. Dave Ferron and Kristian Sydow of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke brokered the sale on behalf of the buyer, Composite Drivelines LLC, and the seller, Atlas Pipe Threading Co., a pipe supplier that closed its business over a year ago.
BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Newport Capital Partners has acquired The Plaza in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee, for $17.9 million. The 108,000-square-foot retail center is situated on 11 acres. The property is 99 percent leased by 22 tenants, including CVS Pharmacy, Guitar Center, Stan’s Fit for Your Feet and Hooters. Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. represented the seller, IRC Retail Centers, in the transaction.
OAK CREEK, WIS. — SRS Real Estate Partners has negotiated the $5.2 million sale of The Shoppes at Drexel in Oak Creek, about 12 miles south of Milwaukee. Five tenants, including Mod Pizza, Men’s Hair House, Five Guys, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt and Potbelly Sandwich Shop, occupy the 10,351-square-foot retail center. Patrick Luther and Matthew Mousavi of SRS represented the seller, a Chicago-based merchant developer. A New York-based private investor was the buyer.
WAUKESHA, WIS. — Baldwin Technology Group has signed a 15,152-square-foot office lease in Waukesha, about 20 miles west of Milwaukee. The manufacturer and supplier of process-automation equipment for the printing, packaging and other industrial segments will occupy the space at 20900 Swenson Drive. Ben Anderson and Brandon Ciebell of Colliers International brokered the lease transaction. The landlord was not disclosed.
WAUWATOSA, WIS. — An affiliate of Phoenix Investors has acquired the JCPenney Logistics Warehouse and Furniture Outlet Center for $31.2 million. JCPenney sold the 2 million-square-foot property, which is located at 18000 W. Burleigh St. in Wauwatosa, just west of Milwaukee. The buildings are situated adjacent to Interstate 45 and feature 100 loading docks. The first buildings were constructed in the 1950s. JCPenney has made regular improvements to the buildings and infrastructure over the years. Phoenix plans to renovate the property, both structurally and cosmetically.
BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Founders 3 has negotiated a 51,700-square-foot industrial lease for The Community Warehouse Inc. in Brookfield, a suburb of Milwaukee. The property is located at 4837 W. Woolworth Ave. Joe Carollo of Founders 3 represented the landlord, Woolworth Development Group LLC, in the lease transaction. The tenant is a nonprofit, faith-based organization that offers home and facility improvement materials to individuals, businesses and organizations in Milwaukee’s Community Block Grant Development Zone.
