WICHITA, KAN. — M.Vincè Nail Spa is set to open at Bradley Fair in Wichita this summer. This will be the nail spa’s second location in the state of Kansas. The store design will feature areas for nail care, eyebrow and eyelash care, waxing services and skincare services. The unique layout enables each client to have more privacy than other salons offer, according to the company. Guests can enjoy complementary beverages during their visit. M.Vincè is a sister brand of Anthony Vincè nail spas. Bradley Fair, built in 1990, includes over 40 stores and restaurants. WS Development is the property owner.

BURLINGTON, N.J. — NAI Mertz has negotiated a 100,170-square-foot industrial lease at 320 Dulty’s Lane in Burlington, located northeast of Philadelphia. The property is situated on 13 acres, spans 280,290 square feet and features 36-foot clear heights. Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz represented the landlord, Denver-based Black Creek Group, in the lease negotiations. The tenant is EBP Supply Solutions, a wholesale distributor of products to the cleaning and foodservice industries.
MIAMI — Commercial real estate services firm NAI Miami has doubled its ownership group from four primary shareholders to eight. Jeff Buell, Joseph Gallaher, Jackie Larkin and Timothy Merriman Jr. are the newest shareholders of the Miami-based firm. These four individuals will now be a part of setting policy and objectives for the company annually. Jeff Buell joined NAI Miami in 2001 as a member of the company’s maintenance department. Buell then became the director of property maintenance before moving to property management, where he currently directs the management of nearly 1.8 million square feet of commercial space throughout South Florida. Joseph Gallaher joined NAI Miami in 2007 as a sales associate. Gallaher has expertise in retail site identification, investment analysis and property acquisition. He has a tenured relationship with Auto Zone, where he recently closed $8.1 million lease value to open a 39,603-square-foot Auto Zone flagship store in South Dade. Jackie Larkin joined NAI Miami in 2012 as a marketing coordinator and has since been promoted to director of operations and marketing. PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — NAI Mertz has negotiated the sale of a 116,284-square-foot industrial building located at 1700 Suckle Highway in Pennsauken, located outside of Philadelphia in the southern part of the state. The newly renovated building is situated on a 7.7-acre lot. Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz represented the landlord, The Seyon Group, in the transaction. The buyer, Scrub Daddy, a provider of cleaning tools known for its appearance on the TV show “Shark Tank,” purchased the building for $10.7 million.

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS — NAI Partners has negotiated a 23,172-square-foot industrial lease for Westwinds Wholesale Doors in the northern Austin suburb of Round Rock. The company will occupy space within Settlers Crossing, which is a four-building industrial park spanning approximately 330,000 square feet, according to the Austin Chamber of Commerce. HUDSON, N.H. — NAI Norwood Group has negotiated the sale of Hudson Self Storage, a 321-unit facility in Hudson, located outside Nashua near the New Hampshire-Massachusetts border. The property totals 39,825 net rentable square feet. Joseph Mendola of NAI Norwood represented the undisclosed seller and the institutional buyer in the transaction. The sales price was $4.8 million.
NAI Capital Arranges $2.9M Sale of Three-Building Retail Property in San Gabriel, California

SAN GABRIEL, CALIF. — NAI Capital Commercial has arranged the sale of a three-building retail asset located at 259-267 S. San Gabriel Blvd. and 715 E. Broadway in San Gabriel. San Gabriel Sash & Door Inc. sold the asset for $2.9 million, or $255 per square foot, to an undisclosed buyer. Totaling 11,712 square feet, the asset comprises three buildings on three separate parcels with frontage along both S. San Gabriel Boulevard and East Broadway, plus a parking lot. The property was partially leased at the time of sale. The seller plans to lease back 2,156 square feet of the property, while the new owner will occupy the vacant unit. MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. — NAI Mertz has brokered the sale of a 61,000-square-foot industrial building in Mount Laurel, located outside Philadelphia in Bergen County. The property is located just off I-295 near the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 70 and 73. Jonathan Klear, Fred Meyer, Roy Kardon, Jeff Licht and Jared Licht of NAI Mertz represented the buyer, industrial investment firm Faropoint, in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
ALPHA, N.J. — NAI DiLeo-Bram has arranged the sale of Evergreen Village, a 98-unit apartment complex in Alpha, located in the central-western part of the state. The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units across seven two-story buildings. Jerry Zaro and Jeffrey Meltzer of law firm Sills Cummis & Gross PC represented the undisclosed seller. David Simon of NAI DiLeo-Bram brokered the deal. The buyer was also undisclosed.
