SALEM, N.H. — Tuscan Brands has debuted a 165-room, Marriott-branded hotel at Tuscan Village, its 170-acre flagship shopping, dining and entertainment destination located north of Boston in Salem, New Hampshire. The Artisan at Tuscan Village features an outdoor pool, fitness facility, business center, sundries market and 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Guests of the boutique hotel, which is part of the Marriott International Tribute Portfolio family of brands, also have access to an adjacent full-service restaurant, as well as a rooftop bar and café located off the lobby.

DOVER, N.H. — Northeast Credit Union will relocate its headquarters from Portsmouth to a 100,000-square-foot office space in Dover, located near the Maine-New Hampshire border. The regional nonprofit lending institution will occupy the entirety of the building at 100 Education Way, which rises four stories and was constructed in 2006, according to LoopNet Inc. Maugel DeStefano is leading the design and build-out of the space. Northeast Credit Union expects its new headquarters to be fully operational by early 2025.
DURHAM, N.H. — Colliers has brokered the $8.8 million sale of Mill Road Plaza, a 53,238-square-foot shopping center in Durham, located near the New Hampshire-Massachusetts border. Grocer Hannaford and Rite Aid serve as the anchor tenants of the two-building, 10.6-acre property. Abigail Bachman and David Choate of Colliers represented the seller, Colonial Durham Associates LP, in the transaction. The buyer was regional investment firm Torrington Properties.
NEWINGTON, N.H. — Colliers has negotiated a 53,664-square-foot, seven-year office lease renewal in Newington, located near the Maine-New Hampshire border. The complex at 100 Arboretum Drive was built in 2004 and spans 127,000 square feet. David Choate and Abigail Bachman, of Colliers represented the tenant, federal benefits administrator FedPoint, in the lease negotiations. Steve Horan represented the landlord, Boston-based Farley White Interests, on an internal basis.
MERRIMACK, N.H. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 448-unit self-storage facility located in the southern New Hampshire city of Merrimack. The facility, which is managed by Life Storage, opened in early 2022 and spans 57,840 net rentable square feet of non-climate-controlled space. Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the deal. Thomas Shihadeh of Marcus & Millichap assisted in closing the transaction as the broker of record. Additional terms of sale were not disclosed.
EXETER, N.H. — JLL has negotiated the sale of a two-building, 82,000-square-foot medical office complex in Exeter, located just north of the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border. Access Sports Medicine, Seacoast Pathology and Exeter Hospital anchor the complex at 1 Hampton Road, which was 92 percent leased at the time of sale. Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Anthony Sardo and Landon Weaver of JLL represented the seller, a joint venture between Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon, in the transaction. The buyer and sales price were not disclosed.
BEDFORD, N.H. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of two retail properties in Bedford, located outside of Manchester in the southern part of the Granite State. The buildings total 17,301 square feet and are net leased to grocer Trader Joe’s and restaurant Friendly Toast. Jim Koury and Alex Quinn of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The duo also procured the buyer. Both parties requested anonymity. Thomas Shihadeh of Marcus & Millichap assisted in closing the deal as the broker of record.
NASHUA, N.H. — Berkadia has negotiated the sale of a 118-room Residence Inn hotel in Nashua, located in southern New Hampshire. The hotel offers a fitness center, indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. Denny Meikleham and John Kluh of Berkadia, along with Jeffrey White of Aries Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller, an entity doing business as Nashua TS Lodging LLC, in the deal. The buyer was also not disclosed.
FARMINGTON, N.H. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Farmington Self Storage, a 35-unit facility located near the New Hampshire-Maine border. The facility was built on 3.3 acres in 1995 and totals 7,647 net rentable square feet. Luke Dawley, Nathan Coe, Brett Hatcher and Gabriel Coe of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer, which was also undisclosed, plans to expand the facility by about 14,000 net rentable square feet. Occupancy was 100 percent at the time of sale.
DOVER, N.H. — The Washington Trust Co., a regional bank, has provided a $7.4 million acquisition loan for an 80,000-square-foot industrial property in Dover, located near the Maine-New Hampshire border. According to LoopNet Inc., the property at 44 Industrial Drive was constructed on 8.5 acres in 1971 and renovated in 1996. The facility was fully leased at the time of sale. The borrower was an affiliate of Massachusetts-based investment firm R.J. Kelly.
