GREENWICH, CONN. — HFF has arranged $96 million in financing for Greenwich Place and Greenwich Oaks, two multifamily communities totaling 396 units in Greenwich. The borrower is LCOR. Jon Mikula and Jim Cadranell led the HFF team that negotiated the two fixed-rate loans through Allianz Real Estate of America. Greenwich Place and Greenwich Oaks are two miles apart near Interstate 95, about 35 miles north of New York City. Amenities at each property include a clubhouse, heated pool and fitness center.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. — KMM Telecommunications has signed a long-term sublease agreement for 195,555 square feet of warehouse space at 21 Constitution Ave. in Piscataway. KMM provides supply chain services to the communications industry. Frank Truesdell, Joel Lubin and Brian Cass of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the property's sub-landlord, Verizon New Jersey Inc. KMM was represented in-house by John Campanelli of Jones Lang LaSalle. Developed to Verizon's specifications in 2004, 21 Constitution Ave. totals 288,115 square feet.
FALL RIVER, MASS. — EagleBridge Capital has arranged $2.8 million in acquisition financing for Clearview Apartments in Fall River. TAG Fall River is the borrower. The 49-unit complex is located at 4000 N. Main St. and overlooks the Taunton River. Brian Sheehan and Ted Sidel of EagleBridge arranged the financing through the Fannie Mae DUS program. The law firm of DarrowEverett represented the borrower.
BOSTON — Silk Screen Printing Inc. has signed a 13,500-square-foot lease at 20 Old Colony Ave. in Boston. Silk Screen is expanding and relocating from Boston's Leather District. 20 Old Colony Ave. is comprised of two connected buildings totaling 71,801 square feet. J.P. Plunkett of NAI Hunneman represented the landlord, Cole Development, in the transaction. Bonny Doorakian of NAI Hunneman represented the tenant.
NEW YORK CITY — Terroir Wine Bar restaurant has opened a new location at 284 Fifth Ave. in the Park Slope area of New York City. The self-proclaimed “elitist wine bar for everyone” occupies 2,200 square feet at the property, next to the restaurant Blue Ribbon. The wine bar is open every day and is comprised of 1,100 square feet on the ground floor and lower level. Mark Tergesen of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction.
NEW YORK CITY — Medidata Solutions, a clinical development solutions company, has signed a 10-year lease for 98,585 square feet at 350 Hudson St. in New York City. The company will occupy the 7th, 8th and 9th floors. Additional tenants at the building include Viacom, Horizon Media and Omnicom. The landlord, Trinity Real Estate, was self-represented by Marc Packman and Charles Laginestra. Lisa Kiell of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
NEW YORK CITY — American Realty Capital New York Recovery REIT has purchased a 19,960-square-foot office and retail building in Brooklyn's Homecrest neighborhood for $13.2 million. The four-story building was built in 2009 and is located at 1623 Kings Highway. The property is fully occupied by Verizon Wireless, a karate studio and Interborough Development and Consultation Center. Brian Hanson of Massey Knakal represented both parties in the transaction.
SHARON, MASS. — 1-800-PACK-RAT LLC has signed a lease for 40,000 square feet at 31 Commercial St., an office and warehouse facility in Sharon. The company is a portable storage container and moving company. Cathy Minnerly and Ovar Osvald of NAI Hunneman represented the landlord, Suffolk Advisors, in the transaction. Colliers International represented the tenant.
SIMSBURY, CONN. — St. Francis Hospital has opened its seventh access center, Saint Francis Care at Simsbury, which will provide medical services to 225,000 people within a 15-mile radius of the site. The 10,000-square-foot facility, located at 30 Dorset Crossing, will include physician offices, laboratory services, integrative medicine, behavioral health and health promotions programs. The facility also includes a community room for public lectures. New England Urgent Care, another tenant at the facility, will provide treatment for non-life threatening emergencies. Keystone Cos. is the developer of the project.
TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Diversified Equities Corp. has purchased the 10,205-square-foot AAA Mid-Atlantic Car Care Center in Toms River for $3.2 million. Gregory Panayoti of The Goldstein Group represented the buyer in the transaction. Berkeley Capital Advisors represented the seller, HNM Toms River LLC.
