BAYONNE, N.J. — Pantheon Properties has negotiated a lease for a 225,029-square-foot distribution facility in Bayonne. The free-standing facility, which is located at 150 Pulaski St., was leased by APA Logistics. Situated on a 10.15-acre site, the building features 31 tailboard doors, 20-foot ceilings and parking for 100 trailers. Pantheon represented the owner, Capital Growth Realty Holdings, and Mark Tannen of CB Richard Ellis represented APA Logistics in the transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — The Dermot Company and CASA Partners IV, LP, have acquired three apartment buildings on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, New York City. The adjacent buildings, which are located at 210, 220 and 230 W. 107th St. between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway, contain a total of 180 units. Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman arranged the equity financing. CASA Partners IV is a fund sponsored by Henderson Global Investors, which formed the joint venture through its Manager of Partners program.

Located at 2490 Armistead Blvd. in the Valley Forge Business Campus, the fully leased facility totals 24,000 square feet. Beacon represented the buyer, RWR Properties, and the seller, The Buccini/Pollin Group, in the transaction. The sale price was undisclosed.

CHESTER, PA. — The Buccini/Pollin Group is set to construct a $500 million mixed-use development along the Chester waterfront. The project will include 180 townhomes, 225 apartment units, 435,000 square feet of office space, a 200,000-square-foot convention center, 1,350-space parking structure and 42,000 square feet of retail space, which includes an 8,000-square-foot restaurant. The project will also include a 20,000-seat stadium and entertainment complex. Construction is slated to begin this fall and will be completed in phases over the next 5 years.
