WAYLAND, MASS. — Twenty Wayland, the joint venture of KGI Properties and The Congress Group, is developing Wayland Town Center, a $140 million project in Wayland. Plans include 165,000 square feet of upscale retail, restaurant and office space, 40,000 square feet of municipal space, 100 residential units and a 2-acre town green. Construction is slated to begin in August with completion scheduled for 2009.
MILFORD, CONN. — Cadcom, an aerospace parts and components manufacturer, has acquired a 10,400-square-foot building in Milford from JKB Medical Technologies for $1 million. Situated on 2.5 acres, the fully air-conditioned building is located at 110 Raton Dr. The seller plans to occupy a 26,000-square-foot building on the same street, while the buyer is expanding from its prior location at Quirk Road in Milford. Dan Boynton and Scott Zakos of Boynton Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.
NEW YORK CITY — The New York Review of Books has signed a lease to occupy 15,049 square feet on the third floor of 435 Hudson St. in New York City. The company will relocate from their current 1755 Broadway location to the Hudson Square neighborhood. Jason Pizer and Thomas Lynch represented Trinity Real Estate, the landlord, and Ralph Giordano, previously of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant in the transaction.
