It is located at 9305 Lightwave Ave. in the Kearny Mesa submarket. The center is fully leased to tenants such as American Internet Services and the San Diego Gas & Electric Company. The property was jointly marketed by HFF’s Nick Psyllos and Ryan Gallagher, along with CBRE’s Kevin Shannon, Scott Schumacher, Ken White, Brad Black and Rob Merkin. The seller was LBA Realty.

The campus includes the two Class A office buildings, as well as five office condominium buildings. The company plans to sell off the condo units. ViaWest was represented by Scott Baumgarten, Mark Stratz, and Tyler Wilson of Cassidy Turley. The seller, McMahon Development Group, was represented by CBRE’s Kevin Cosca and Pete Wentis.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The 303,156-square-foot Bank of America Plaza has sold for $26 million in Columbia. Locally based AgFirst Farm Credit Bank purchased the 17-story, Class A office building that is 69 percent leased. The credit association plans to relocate into the remaining space by the end of 2013. Kevin Markwordt, Jon Kleinberg and Julian Brown of Transwestern’s Southeast Investment Services Group represented the property’s receiver, Lincoln Harris, and David Lockwood and John Folsom of Colliers International represented AgFirst Farm Credit Bank.
LISLE, ILL. — American Building Maintenance Co. has signed a lease for 8,196 square feet of office space at 550-650 Warrenville Road in Lisle. The building is located within the Corporetum Office Campus and includes on-site food service, a conferencing facility, fitness center and private corner balconies. Patrick Kiefer and Jim Adler of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord, Winthrop Realty Trust, in the transaction. Eric Sorensen of Cushman & Wakefield and David Anderson of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented the tenant.
RICHARDSON — Stream Realty Partners, in a partnership with Goddard Investment Group, has acquired Waterview Place I & II, a 230,000-square-foot office campus located at 17655-17657 Waterview Parkway in Richardson. The vacant property was acquired at a foreclosure sale at the Collin County Courthouse. The property once served as the corporate headquarters for Alliance Data Systems. Ramsey March and Matt Wieser of Stream Realty Partners will handle operations and leasing on behalf of the partnership. The office campus has been renamed Waterview 190.

LOS ANGELES – A 38,667-square-foot office building that is fully occupied by Aptium Oncology, a subsidiary of AstraZeneca, has sold to Beverly Quest LLC for $14.3 million. The trophy-class building is located at 8201 Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles. Beverly Quest was represented by Steven Rayan of South Park Group. The seller, Aptium Oncology, was represented by Martin McDermott of Avison Young’s West Los Angeles office.
PHOENIX – Whispering Wind Corporate Center, a two-building, 75,050-square-foot office complex in Phoenix, has sold to New World Real Estate Investments I, LLC for $12.2 million. It is located at 2205 and 2225 W. Whispering Wind Drive. The complex is now fully occupied. New World was represented by Denver-based brokers, while the seller, affiliates of the Mack Company, was represented by Barry Gabel and Mindy Korth of CBRE’s Phoenix office.
