SAN ANTONIO — Nationwide Insurance has opened a 280,000-square-foot office campus, located near the intersection of Hyatt Resort Drive and State Road 151 in San Antonio. The office property is LEED certified and achieved the Institute for Business & Home Safety's FORTIFIED status, meaning it exceeds code to withstand natural disasters such as hurricanes, wildfires and windstorms. The office complex also features a high-tech cafe, onsite health services, landscaped courtyards, an outdoor sports court and a fitness center. The property will house nearly 1,500 Nationwide employees with the capacity to house 2,000 total employees.

The property is located at 22895 Eastpark Drive within the master-planned community of Savi Ranch. The space will serve as BSKO’s new headquarters. The seller, Eastpark Drive LLC, was represented by Zach Niles, Garrett McClelland and Steve Wagner of Jones Lang LaSalle Orange County.

ISELIN, N.J. — Hatch Mott MacDonald, a consulting engineering firm, has signed a lease for 81,371 square feet of office space at MetroTop Plaza II, located at 111 Wood Ave. South in Iselin. The company plans to use the space for its corporate headquarters and is relocating from Millburn, N.J. The company is expected to occupy the space in early 2013. James Schroeder and Joe Messina of Studley represented the tenant in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Atlantic Realty Development Corp.
DALLAS — Stream Realty Partners has moved its headquarters to 40,000 square feet of office space at the 50-story Trammell Crow Center, located in Dallas' Art District and adjacent to the new Woodall Rodgers Deck Park. BOKA Powell helped design the new headquarters that will feature an open-office concept. Sarah Erickson, Ramsey March and Tommy Nelson led Stream's leasing transaction.

ATLANTA — Admiral Capital Real Estate Fund and SDM Partners have purchased the 160,000-square-foot 200 Ashford Center North, an office building located in Atlanta. Amenities include a fully equipped conference room, fitness center, on-stie cafe and covered parking. Steven Martin of SDM Partners represented the buyer in the transaction. Michael McDonald, Drew Barnette and Kennedy Hicks of Eastdil Secured represented the seller, a pension fund client of ASB Real Estate Investments.
OMAHA — Opus Development Corp. has broken ground on a 127,000-square-foot world headquarters office for The Gavilon Group in Omaha. The Class A office building will be designed and constructed using sustainable elements and will feature 22-foot ceiling heights and an open staircase connecting two levels. Gavilon worked with the mayor's office, City of Omaha staff and the Omaha Economic Development Corp. in its decision to relocate offices. Construction is slated for completion in December 2013. Open Studio Architecture is the design architect for the project. Perkins + Will is designing the interior.
BOLINGBROOK, ILL. — Freedom Wireless, the owner of multiple Cricket Wirelesss stores, has acquired a 4,000-square-foot, bank-owned office space at 479 Quadrangle Drive in Bolingbrook. The company plans to use the property, which also contains 2,662 square feet of warehouse space, as its corporate headquarters. Adam Johnson and Leslie Yurek of NAI Hiffman represented the seller, Dearborn Street Holdings, in the transaction. Vick Mehta of Churchill Realty represented the buyer.
