COLUMBUS — Ohio Employee Health Partnership has signed a 6,971-square-foot office lease at 445 Hutchinson Ave. in Columbus. Doug Falor and Randy Stephens of Cassidy Turley's Columbus office represented the landlord, Equity Office Properties, in the deal.

COLLEYVILLE — Fast-Track Construction has commenced building a 13,263-square-foot office building, located within The Village at Colleyville at 97 Village Ln. in Colleyville. The building will be the site of Jack Prewitt & Associates' new headquarters. The law firm will lease the third floor of the property. Four other tenants are planning to relocate their offices to the new building as well, including Corporate Aviation Analysis & Planning, Dallas Jet International, Helicopter Exchange Limited and Aircraft Transaction Facilitators. Realty Capital Management is managing the project on behalf of Jack Prewitt & Associates. The office building is slated for a fall 2012 completion.
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLA. — Crescent Resources has started construction on a 199,777-square-foot, six-story office building and parking garage, located in Altamonte Springs, for Adventist Health System. The new facility is adjacent to the new 153,864-square-foot Adventist Health Systems headquarters, located at 900 Hope Wy., which opened in December. The new building, slated for completion in spring 2013, will house support operations. Little is the project architect, Brasfield & Gorrie is the contractor and Parsons is the project consultant.
CORAL GABLES, FLA. — AJP Ventures has topped off the $9 million, 58,000-square-foot The Building, located at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables. The Class A office building is slated for completion in June. The Building is 65 percent pre-leased to tenants, which include Zubi Advertising and Mas Group. A joint venture between Juan Carlos of The Mas Group of Companies and TAZ Partners is developing the property.
HINGHAM, MASS. — Sheskey Architects has been selected to design Hingham Technology Park 3, a new office development to be built on a 9-acre parcel in Hingham, suburb to the southeast of Boston. The concept calls for the construction of two LEED certified office buildings with parking garages and ground-level parking. The design also requires the razing of the existing 61,000-square-foot building, located on the site. For many years, the building was home to the South Shore Educational Collaborative. The project will mark the second time in a decade that a new major office development project is being planned for Hingham.
ENCINITAS, CALIF. — Westcore Properties has purchased a 37,398-square-foot office building in Encinitas for $6.8 million. The building is fully leased to tenants like Scripps Health and St. Katherine’s College. Westcore was represented by Joe Anderson and Rick Reeder of Cassidy Turley. The seller, HBTFT, LLC, was represented by Strom Commercial.
OAKBROOK TERRACE, ILL. — Kemper Corp., a national financial services provider, has signed a 30,462-square-foot office lease renewal at Oakbrook Terrace Tower in Oakbrook Terrace. Andrea Van Gelder, Diana Riekse and Kellen Monti of Jones Lang LaSalle's Chicago office represented the tenant in the transaction. Bruce Renwick, also of firm's Chicago office, represented the building owner, Arden Realty Inc.
BREINIGSVILLE, PA. — A New York-based investment company has purchased TEK Park, a technology office campus in Breinigsville, for more than $50 million. The seller, MRA Group, had purchased the property in 2005 for $9.3 million and rebranded it TEK Park. The 137-acre property is reported to have cost more than $300 million to construct. The campus is 90 percent occupied and more than 600 area residents are employed onsite.
DALLAS — Dallas-based U.S. Risk Insurance Group has moved its headquarters to a 41,800-square-foot space in One Lincoln Park, located at 8401 North Central Expressway in Dallas. Bill McClung, Mike Wyatt, Robbie Baty and Grant Pruitt of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas' Dallas office represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Chris Axley and Elliot Prieur of Lincoln Property Co.'s Dallas office represented the landlord, Lincoln Park Partnership.
CHICAGO — Summit Design + Build LLC has been selected as the general contractor for American Society for Surgery of the Hand's (ASSH) new corporate headquarters. The facility will be located at 822 W. Washington Blvd. in Chicago. Crews will reconstruct an existing, 30,000-square-foot office and warehouse structure and install a new elevator, stair systems and plumbing. ASSH will occupy the entire second floor, while the first floor will contain loft-style office space. The ASSH build-out will include private offices, a conference room and a yoga room. MRSA Architects and Planners is designing the project, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of this year.
