The building is 100 percent leased to JPS Health System. Beaux Riley of SCM Real Estate Services represented the seller and Gordon Smith Real Estate Services represented Andrews-Dillingham.

MURRIETA, CALIF. — Voit Real Estate Services has directed the REO sale of a 55,363-square-foot Murrieta office building. The two-story, multi-tenant building is situated on 2.86 acres at 29970 Technology Drive. Dan Vittone and Al Pekarcik of Voit’s Irvine, Calif., office represented both the buyer, Global Building, LLC, and the seller, a major financial institution.
MIAMI — Jones Lang LaSalle has completed the sale and financing of the 420,857-square-foot SunTrust International Center, an office building located at 1 SE 3rd Ave. in Miami. Terms of the sale and financing were undisclosed. Jeff Morris and Steve Echelson of Jones Lang LaSalle's Orlando, Fla., office and Jubeen Vaghefi and Denny St. Romain of the firm's Miami office represented the sellers, Stiles Corp. and an un-named partner. The buyer was Crocker Partners.
NEW BERLIN, WIS. — Stan Johnson Co. has negotiated the $30 million sale of the 359,625-square-foot BuySeasons office building, located at 5915 S. Moorland Rd. in New Berlin, to Angelo, Gordon & Co. Brett Butler of Stan Johnson Cos.' Houston office represented the seller, a Milwaukee-based developer.
HOUSTON — The Finial Group has been selected to provide leasing services for 3120 Southwest Freeway, a six-story, 90,000-square-foot office building in the Greenway Plaza submarket of Houston. Finial Group’s Keith Bilski, Neil Martin and Ben Debayle will handle the project’s leasing services.
ASHBURN, VA. — Seattle-based Sabey Data Center Properties has acquired a 38-acre land parcel within the 84-acre Ashburn Technology Park in Ashburn from Baltimore-based St. John Properties for $17 million. Sabey will begin construction in late summer on a three-building, 490,000-square-foot data center, which will be leased to a variety of tenants upon completion. John Ryan of CB Richard Ellis' McLean, Va., office and Kesh Tayal of Keller Willams' McLean office represented the buyer in the transaction.
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Performance Team has signed a 185,570-square-foot lease for office space at 13201 Reese Blvd. in Huntersville. Terry Brennan of Trinity Partner's Charlotte, N.C., office represented the tenant in the transaction and Brad Cherry of Jones Lang LaSalle's Charlotte office and Rob Speir, formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Panattoni Development Co., the landlord.
BALTIMORE — Chase Brexton Health Services has purchased a 192,049-square-foot office building, located at 1111 N. Charles St. in Baltimore, from Ausa Properties for $6.7 million. Terri Harrington of Lutherville, Md.-based MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the transaction and David Downey of Cassidy Turley's Baltimore office represented the seller.
OMAHA, NEB. — NuStyle Development has purchased the 250,000-square-foot former Enron headquarters building, located at 24th and Dodge streets in Omaha. NuStyle plans to renovate the property and turn it into a 180-unit apartment building. The renovation will include new windows, mechanical and electric systems. R.J. Neary and Ryan Zabrowski of Omaha-based Investors Realty represented the buyer in the transaction. The Lund Co. represented the seller, an Omaha-based bank that took the property back in foreclosure in 2001.
THE WOODLANDS — Webber, an infrastructure construction company, has leased 19,189 square feet of office space at 9303 New Trails in The Woodlands. The transaction marks Webber moving its headquarters to the newly leased space. Griffin Partners’ Dan Starr, Chris Lewis and Drew Lewis represented Webber, and Dennis Conine of Conine & Associates represented the landlord, Town Center Development Co.
