SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — J.C. Anderson has completed an office build-out in Schaumburg for a private insurance company. Located at 1375 E. Woodfield Road, the 18,000-square-foot project included the construction of new ceilings, work spaces, private offices and conference rooms, as well as data and training rooms. Featherstone Consulting Inc. provided architectural services for the project. J.C. Anderson was selected for the project by the property manager, Jones Lang LaSalle.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Robert Pitts and Mike Pitts Jr. of B. Pitts Brothers & Associates have brokered the sale of a multi-tenant office building. The property, which is located at 10411 Corporate Dr. in Pleasant Prairie, sold for $1.95 million. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIF. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the more than $3.3 million acquisition of a 3,672-square-foot Comerica Bank building, located at 12035 Foothill Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga. Situated within the Victoria Commons master-planned project, the property is 100 percent net-leased to Comerica with 23 years remaining on the term and two 5-year renewal options. Marcus & Millichap’s Dennis Weisberg and Peter Deltondo represented the private-investor buyer in the transaction.
BEDFORD, N.H. — Milford, N.H.-based R.J. Finlay & Co. has acquired the former AAA Northern New England headquarters building in Bedford for $2.35 million. The multi-tenant property totals 24,800 square feet and is located at 166 S. River Road. R.J. Finlay plans to reposition the building as Class A professional office space. Fini Real Estate Group represented the seller, Cantrell Properties.
PITTSBURG, TEXAS — Philadelphia-based Binswanger has been named the exclusive agent by Pilgrim's Pride Corp. for the sale of a five-story, 175,000-square-foot corporate headquarters building on approximately 53 acres located at 4845 U.S. Hwy. 271 in Pittsburg. Amenities include six meeting rooms wired for video and conferencing, and one meeting room designed to accommodate 265 people. The property is located close to Interstate 30, which provides access to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
INDIANAPOLIS — Rolls-Royce has signed a long-term lease to occupy 404,000 square feet of office space in the former Eli Lilly Faris campus at 450 Meridian St. in Indianapolis. The four-building complex will be renamed Rolls-Royce Meridian Center. The company plans to consolidate 2,500 employees from various Indianapolis locations into the new campus beginning in April. The $58 million campus was constructed in 2001 and features a conference center, a cafeteria, a fitness center and parking facilities. Michael Cook, Dave Byard and Eric Steiner of UGL Services represented Rolls-Royce in the transaction. Jeff Luebker and Zane Brown of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Eli Lilly & Co., in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not released.
FRISCO — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has arranged a $43.1 million refinancing for a three-property, 375,694-square-foot office portfolio within the Hall Office Park in Frisco. HFF worked exclusively on behalf of the borrower, Hall Financial Group, to secure a 10-year, fixed-rate loan through Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. Situated within Hall Office Park, the three properties are located at 2600 Network Blvd., and 3000 and 3211 Internet Blvd. Whitaker Johnson and Steve Heldenfels led the HFF team that represented Hall Financial Group.
EL DORADO HILLS, CALIF. — Grubb & Ellis has brokered the sale of a 17,603-square-foot office building, located at 1104 Investment Blvd. in El Dorado Hills. Represented by the brokerage firm’s Clyde Rawlings, Thomas Walcott and Toss Vallentine, DST Realty sold the property to Frontier Dental Laboratories. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The non-profit organization Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids has leased 22,051 square feet of office space at 1400 Eye St. N.W. in Washington D.C. Mindy Saffer of locally based West, Lane & Schlager represented the tenant in the 10-year lease renewal. Terms of the transaction were not released.
BILLERICA, MASS — EMD Serono has opened its new $75 million research center in the Boston suburb of Billerica. The 140,000-square-foot facility features 115,000 square feet of lab and office space, which comprises chemistry and screening labs, biology and cell culture labs, general lab support space, offices, and conference rooms. The project is seeking LEED-Gold certification. Ellenzweig was the project architect and Jones Lang LaSalle was the construction manager.
