SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. — NOL Group, parent company of APL, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 70,000 square feet of office space at MAX at Kierland, a 257,000-square-foot office complex located at 16220 N. Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale. Singapore-based NOL will occupy one-and-a-half floors of the building for its new regional headquarters in the Americas. Additionally, the company expects to relocate its current regional headquarters from Oakland, Calif., by the end of the third quarter. The new facility will coordinate APL’s shipping, terminals and logistics activities throughout the Americas, including marine operations to intermodal transport of containers by rail and truck. INDIANAPOLIS – BPG Properties Inc. has announced that Yellow Pages Group has completed a long-term lease for 21,054 square feet of office space, located at 9200 Keystone Dr. in Indianapolis. The property consists of an eight-story, 146,000-square-foot office building within a 1.2 million-square-foot office park. Jon Bishop of Devencore Company, Ltd. and Brian Askins of UGL Equis represented the tenant. John Robinson from Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.

MADISON, WIS. — Commercial Tenant Advisors, LLC has represented the South Central Library System (SCLS) in leasing a new 11,000-square-foot headquarters property located at 4610 S. Biltmore Lane in Madison. The new office holds computer support operations and SCLS’s main office. FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Fort Worth’s CentrePort Business Park will soon be home to a new DT Credit Corp. call center. The Phoenix-based company has leased approximately 31,000 square feet at the park, located at 15001 FAA Blvd. in Fort Worth. Scott Ellsworth of NAI Horizon in Phoenix and Van Power of NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas represented DT Credit Corp. Ben Sumner of Stream Realty Partners represented the building’s owner, 15001/CentrePort LP, in the transaction.

HOUSTON – RCP Reliant Corporate Center Ltd., a partnership led by Dallas/Fort Worth-based Realty Capital Partners, has invested approximately $4 million of preferred equity in three Houston office buildings. The properties, located at 2600, 2616, and 2626 South Loop West in the city’s Medical Center/South Main submarket, total 270,000 square feet and average an 89.6 percent occupancy rate. Costa Mesa, Calif.,-based CIMCO is the project sponsor.

WAUKESHA AND BROOKFIELD, WIS. — Siegel-Gallagher • ONCOR International has completed the purchase of a new office location and a new bank branch for Park Bank. The bank’s new office totals 10,764 square feet and is located within Crossroads XIV at 2300 Watertower Blvd. in Waukesha. The new branch totals 9,100 square feet and is located within Brookfield Marketplace at the corner of West Greenfield Avenue and South Moorland Road in Brookfield. ARLINGTON, TEXAS — Southwest Bank has acquired a new branch in South Arlington. The bank purchased a property at the corner of Matlock and Arbrook that was originally built in 2008 for Washington Mutual, which never occupied the property. The branch will open in the fall. SCM Real Estate’s Thomas Bryant represented Southwest Bank and David Wright of Falcon Realty Advisors represented the seller.

LOUISVILLE, KY. — AAA East Central has sold its 33,000-square-foot former headquarters to physicians of the Neurosurgical Institute of Kentucky for $2.26 million. The property is located in the Gateway to the Louisville Medical Community at 435 E. Broadway in Louisville. The buyer will turn the space into a medical office building fit for its expanding practice. John Hoagland and Tim Brown of Louisville-based Hoagland Commercial Realtors brokered the sale.

LANSING, MICH. ¬— Dart Development has scheduled the construction of the first speculative commercial building in mid-Michigan in 2009. The developer is planning to develop a 40,500-square-foot office/light industrial building within the Oakwood Executive Park in Lansing. The property can accommodate users in suites of up to 10,125 square feet. Each unit will include a truck door, a grade-level door and an office area.

ALPHARETTA, GA. – Philips Electronics has leased nearly 110,000 square feet of office and data center space at One Deerfield Centre, a mixed-use complex developed by Hines and managed by UBS Global Asset Management. The property is located 1 mile west of Georgia Highway 400 in Alpharetta. Philips is moving from its home of more than a decade, 64 Perimeter Center in Atlanta. The company will use space on the first and second floors for a customer care center for its healthcare division beginning this fall. Vincent Tuminelli of CB Richard Ellis’ New York office and John Dolan of the firm’s Atlanta office represented Philips in the transaction, while John Heagy, Tori Kerr and Brian Eichenseer provided in-house representation for Hines.
