Miami-based Salgo Investors purchased the 163,129-square-foot office building, which sits atop a four-story parking structure. Centrally positioned between downtown Miami and Coral Gables, the building is 98 percent leased to 37 tenants including South Florida Workforce, Miami-Dade Community College, Healthy Start Coalition, Miami Behavioral Health Center and the Department of Children and Families.

HAMPTON, VA. — Virginia Beach, Va.-based John Duffy of Thalhimer, a member of Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, negotiated the sale of the Hampton North II, a 67,749-square-foot, Class A office building. 81st Partnership sold the 6.87-acre property, located at 303 Butler Rd., to Hampton North L.L.C., for $5.1 million.

OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — Kansas City, Mo.-based Block & Co. has arranged the purchase of Commerce Plaza, a two-building office complex located in Overland Park. The two buildings total approximately 280,000 square feet of office space, and also contain a delicatessen on the first floor of Commerce Plaza II and a multi-level parking structure. Kenneth Block and Harry Drake of Block represented the buyer, Boston-based Colony Realty Partners, which acquired the property from Kansas City-based KPERS Realty Holding No. 1 for an undisclosed price. Block will also provide leasing and property management services for the buildings
