The building is attached to a hospital operated by the same provider. Brian Bacharach and Vasili Davos of JLL represented the seller, a partnership managed by LandPlan Development, in the transaction. The duo also procured the buyer, a partnership between Virtus Real Estate Capital and Lincoln Property Co.

RICHARDSON, TEXAS — Medical Practice Solutions has signed a 12,203-square-foot healthcare lease at 1125 E. Campbell Road in Richardson, a northeastern suburb of Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the building was constructed in 1997, renovated in 2019 and totals 205,817 square feet. Clint Madison, John Fancher and Zach Bean of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Stanton Road Capital, in the lease negotiations. Kent Smith of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant.
TOMBALL, TEXAS — MedProperties Realty Advisors, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on healthcare assets, has acquired a 61,660-square-foot medical office building in Tomball, a northern suburb of Houston. Medical Center of Tomball was 92 percent leased at the time of sale and is home to primary care, orthopedic, gastroenterology, nephrology, pain management and behavioral health service providers. The facility also offers MRI and diagnostic imaging services and houses a pharmacy. Brian Bacharach, Kevin McConn Vasili Davos of JLL represented the seller, a partnership between Bryant + Stacy Group and Global Healthcare Partners, in the transaction. The trio also procured MedProperties as the buyer.
AMARILLO, TEXAS — Texas Oncology has opened a 50,000-square-foot cancer care center in Amarillo. The freestanding facility offers medical oncology, hematology, gynecologic oncology, radiation oncology, breast radiology, surgical oncology and colon and rectal surgery services. Denver-based NexCore Group developed the project, which sits on 4.8 acres and serves as the workplace for 10 physicians and more than 100 staffers.
JUPITER, FLA. — Rendina Healthcare Real Estate has opened PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jupiter, a 48,000-square-foot, 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in South Florida. The facility provides a range of services that include physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. The property features specialized equipment, patient rooms and physical rehab gymnasiums. The hospital is a joint venture between Rendina Healthcare and PAM Health, a health system based in Pennsylvania that operates outpatient rehabilitation facilities across the country.
LIVINGSTON AND NEW PROVIDENCE, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $40.5 million sale of two medical office buildings totaling 131,314 square feet in Northern New Jersey. The buildings, which are located in Livingston and New Providence, were both fully leased at the time of sale to regional provider Summit Health. Gary Gabriel, Frank DiTommaso, David Bernhaut, Andy Merin and Max Helfman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, The Silverman Group, in the transaction. Len Blackman of Leklen Realty represented the buyer, Nashville-based Montecito Medical Real Estate.
EL PASO, TEXAS — Adolfson & Peterson Construction has completed a two-building, 52,000-square-foot healthcare project at Rio Vista Behavioral Health Hospital in El Paso. The project delivered 40 inpatient beds, outdoor recreation spaces and a one-story outpatient center. The project team also renovated 5,000 square feet of the existing 12-bed facility and added 14,000 square feet of parking space. Stengel Hill Architects designed the project. Construction began in February 2022.
MACEDONIA, OHIO — SRS Real Estate Partners has negotiated the $10.6 million sale of a newly developed medical property occupied by Optima Dermatology in Macedonia, a southern suburb of Cleveland. The 15,500-square-foot building is located at 8183 Golden Link Blvd. within The Crossings at Golden Link, a 400,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Lowe’s. Michael Carter and Frank Rogers of SRS, along with Greg Guyuron of Anchor Cleveland, represented the seller, a private developer. The buyer was a New Jersey-based private investor completing a 1031 exchange. The sales price represented a cap rate of 6.5 percent.
DANBURY, CONN. — New York-based brokerage firm Jacobson Properties has negotiated the $15.2 million sale of Western Connecticut Medical Center South, a 39,566-square-foot healthcare property located in Fairfield County. An affiliate of Connecticut Eye Consultants leases the entire medical office building. An entity doing business as Western Connecticut Medical Center South LLP sold the asset to an undisclosed institutional investment firm. Lisa Menin of Jacobson Properties brokered the deal.
FLINT, MICH. — Metro Infusion Center has signed a seven-year, 2,435-square-foot medical office lease at 1321 S. Linden Road in Flint. The tenant is an infusion and injection therapy provider with more than 160 locations nationwide. Jim Mitchell of Dominion Real Estate Advisors and Michele Rosenblum of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, LSPV Cornerstone, an affiliate of Versa Development Co.
