BURLINGTON, N.C. — Matt Winston of The Mumford Company’s Newport News, Va., office and Randy Lee of The Mumford Company’s Dallas office have facilitated the $1.2 million sale of Corporate Suites of Burlington. Corporate Suites of Burlington LLC sold the hotel property to Maniba. The purchaser plans to continue to operate the property as an extended stay hotel under the name Corporate Suites.

LOS ANGELES — Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, on behalf of San Diego-based Pacifica Companies, has completed the sale of the fee-simple interest in the Radisson Hotel at Los Angeles International Airport to Chicago-based Harp Group for $93 million. Located at the intersection of West Century and Sepulveda boulevards in Los Angeles’ LAX submarket, the 580-room hotel features 22 suites, 42,000 square feet of meeting space, a 14,000-square-foot ballroom, four food/beverage outlets, including Palmira Bar & Grill, an outdoor pool and multiple retail tenants. After closing the transaction, Chicago-based Portfolio Hotel & Resorts will assume management of the property.

BURLINGTON, VT. — Rich-Burlington Hotel, LLC has purchased the Doubletree Hotel in Burlington from Lodging North for $17.5 million. The 163-room hotel features 32 suites, 9,000 square feet of conference space and the 125-seat Trader Dukes restaurant. The hotel, situated off Interstate 89, will undergo a product improvement plan. Jim O’ Connell and Tom Foley of O’Connell Hospitality Group represented the seller and introduced the buyer in the transaction.
