FENTON, MO. — Hubbell-Killark, a provider of integrated electrical industrial products, and BASF, a chemical producer, have signed leases at Fenton Logistics Park in suburban St. Louis. Hubbell-Killark will occupy a 160,000-square-foot building, while the agricultural services division of BASF will occupy 80,000 square feet at another building. The tenant spaces are slated for delivery by the end of this year. KP Development has invested nearly $75 million in the development of Fenton Logistics Park at the former Chrysler site. Nearly one-third of the park is now leased.

GARDEN CITY, MICH. — Signature Associates has arranged the sale of a 46,200-square-foot industrial building in Garden City, about 20 miles west of Detroit. The sales price was not disclosed. The property is located at 32330 Ford Road. Brad Viergever and Steve Kozak of Signature Associates represented the seller, First Parker Realty Inc., as well as the buyer, WMES.
HOUSTON — Bellomy & Co. has brokered the sale of Alief Westwood Storage, a 246-unit self-storage facility located about 16 miles southwest of downtown Houston. Situated on 5.3 acres with room for expansion, the property features more than 64,000 net rentable square feet. Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson of Bellomy & Co. represented the seller, a Houston-based family partnership, in the transaction. The duo also procured the undisclosed, Austin-based buyer.
HOUSTON — Full-service commercial real estate firm Finial Group has negotiated the sale of a 52,682-square-foot manufacturing facility located at 6410 Langfield Road in northwest Houston. The Class A facility is crane-served and includes 10,000 square feet of office space. Keith Bilski and Dylan Schopper of Finial Group represented the seller, Buks Global Enterprises, which occupies the space, in the transaction. Ron Roberson of Caldwell Cos. represented the buyer, S&R Realty Group LLC.
NORTH LAS VEGAS — RealComm Advisors has arranged the sale of an industrial property located at 3890 E. Craig Road in North Las Vegas. Goldfish West LLC acquired the property from Walritz LLC for $2.4 million. Mike De Lew and Greg Pancirov of RealComm Advisors represented the seller and buyer in the deal.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. AND FORT MILL, S.C. — HFF has brokered the $70.5 million sale of a two-building industrial portfolio in the greater Charlotte area. Chris Norvell and Patrick Nally of HFF arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, The Keith Corp., which also developed the buildings. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. The portfolio includes a 599,018-square-foot building at 3725 Westinghouse Blvd. in Charlotte and a 165,382-square-foot building at 2901 Lakemont Blvd. in Fort Mill, roughly 18 miles south of Charlotte in South Carolina. The Keith Corp. completed construction on the Westinghouse Boulevard building in the second quarter. The cross-dock facility is triple-net-leased to Staples for its e-commerce operations, and features 36-foot clear heights and 15,600 square feet of office space. Completed in 2015, the building on Lakemont Boulevard is triple-net-leased to Broad River Retail, Ashley HomeStore’s largest independent licensee. The building, which serves as the corporate headquarters for the company, features 32-foot clear heights and two stories of office space totaling 23,083 square feet.
SWEDESBORO, N.J. — HFF has arranged $9.1 million in financing for a 254,250-square-foot industrial facility in Swedesboro. The property is located at 405 Heron Drive, approximately 25 miles south of Philadelphia. HFF arranged a 10-year, fixed-rate loan for the borrower, Burton Real Estate through lender CUNA Mutual Group. The permanent fixed-rate loan will be added to an existing mortgage collateralized by a three-building industrial portfolio. Burton Real Estate purchased the property in November 2017. At the time, the property was 88 percent leased. Loan proceeds will be utilized to return equity to the sponsorship. Situated on more than 25 acres, 405 Heron Drive features 24- to 25-foot clear heights, nine dock-high doors and two drive-in doors.
TAYLOR, MICH. — Colliers International has negotiated the lease of a 70,186-square-foot industrial warehouse in Taylor. The property is located at 8555-8625 Inkster Road. Sheridan Burton of Colliers represented the tenant, Production Management One. This will be the first Michigan location for the traveling concert staging company, which has three locations nationwide. The company will occupy the space on Sept. 1. Paul Choukourian, Peter E. Kepic and Peter J. Kepic of Colliers represented the undisclosed landlord.
HOUSTON — NAI Partners has brokered the sale of a 15,000-square-foot industrial asset located at 929 E. Airtex Drive in Houston. Jake Wilkinson of NAI Partners represented the buyer, Brennan Industries Inc., a manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic fittings and adapters. The seller was not disclosed.
KEARNY, N.J. — CBRE has secured a 110,147-square-foot industrial lease for global logistics provider Mainfreight in Kearny. CBRE represented Mainfreight in the full-building lease at RTC Properties’ 50 Cable Drive in Kearny. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Mainfreight was founded in 1978 and is a provider of managed warehousing, as well as international and domestic freight forwarding services. The property features on-site management, 24-hour security and is located near the New Jersey Turnpike.
