The property features 20-foot clear heights, parking, frontage on State Road 84, a glass façade on the storefront and rear dock-high loading. St. George Guardabassi and Judy Dolan of Berger Commercial represented the seller, EJP East Port LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, East Port Center LLC, has retained Berger Commercial to market East Port Center, which was fully leased at the time of sale.

Matthew Hickey and Kristin Grammar of TIG represented the tenant in the transaction. NAI Robert Lynn represented the undisclosed landlord.
CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO — Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC has arranged a $15.2 million loan for the refinancing of an industrial property in Cuyahoga Falls, five miles north of Akron. The property currently serves as the main manufacturing facility for Gojo Industries Inc., a producer and marketer of skin health and hygiene solutions. Jeff Musser of Bellwether arranged the financing for Gojo Industries. The lender was not disclosed.
MAUMEE, OHIO — Reichle | Klein Group has brokered the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building in Maumee, a suburb of Toledo, for $2 million. The former Champion Windows building is located at 6214 Monclova Road. Mike Poulos of Reichle Klein represented the buyer, Therma-Tru Corp. Toledo-based Champion Realty LLC was the seller.
CUDAHY, WIS. — US Pack Logistics LLC has signed a 13,971-square-foot industrial lease in Cudahy, approximately seven miles south of Milwaukee. The building is located at 200 E. College Ave. Pat Hake, Bill Langhoff and Steve Sewart of Colliers International brokered the lease transaction.
LOS ANGELES — Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has purchased a 15-property self-storage portfolio for an undisclosed sum. The facilities are situated throughout California, Arizona, Colorado and Minnesota. The Trojan Self Storage Portfolio contains a total of 1.4 million square feet and 19,000 units. CBRE’s Nicholas Walker and his team represented both the buyer and seller, Trojan Storage, in this transaction.
HOUSTON — Lee & Associates has negotiated a 6,000-square-foot industrial lease at 475 W. 38th St. in Houston on behalf of L&M Installation Solutions, a provider of office furniture and moving services. Preston Yaggi of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction. Beau Kaleel of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Prologis Inc.
SCHAUMBURG, ILL. — First Western Properties Inc. has arranged the sale of a 15,000-square-foot industrial building in Schaumburg. The sales price was not disclosed. The property is located at 631-653 Morse Ave. The multi-tenant building was 92 percent leased at the time of sale. Bradford Dessy of First Western represented the out-of-state buyer in the transaction. Jeff Schultz of Kinzie Brokerage represented the undisclosed seller.
NEWNAN, GA. — Variety Wholesalers has signed a 20-year, 1.4 million-square-foot lease for its new distribution center at 60 Herring Road in Newnan. LRC Properties owns and manages the property, which is a former Kmart distribution center. LRC purchased the building last August and made improvements to the facility’s roof and parking lots, as well as refit the building to accommodate multiple tenants. Variety Wholesalers, which is the first tenant to move into the space, operates nearly 400 stores in 17 different states, primarily under the brand names of Roses Discount Store and Roses Express. The company will employ more than 300 full-time employees at the facility and process more than 100 million units of product annually.
NORTH BERGEN, N.J. — Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired an industrial property located at 7777 West Side Ave. in North Bergen for $14 million. The building spans 126,000 square feet on 4.4 acres adjacent to Exit 16E of the New Jersey Turnpike. Amenities at the 100 percent leased property include eight dock-high and two grade-level loading positions, plus parking for 70 cars.
