ASHLAND, MASS. — Parsons Commercial Group Inc. (PCG) has completed the $1.9 million sale of 60 Pleasant Street, a 73,475-square-foot industrial warehouse facility in Ashland. Garrett Quinn of PCG represented the buyer, Sixty Pleasant Realty LLC, in this transaction and will continue as the leasing agent for the property. Richard Putprush of REP Realty Advisors represented the seller, Gamewell Realty Inc., in the transaction.

ALVIN, TEXAS — Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International has brokered the sale of a 12,000-square-foot industrial property in the Houston suburb of Alvin. Located on 3.5 acres at 2220 N. Gordon St., the facility is in proximity to the interchange of State Highway 35 and State Highway 6. Conrad Bernard of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International represented the seller, CDE Real Estate Corp., in the transaction. Jerry Turboff of Prime Capital Corp. represented the buyer, Vanguard Truck Center.
WESTMINSTER, CALIF. — Harley Davidson has leased three industrial buildings in the Orange County submarket of Westminster. They are located at 15044, 15051, and 15080 Goldenwest Circle. The new space, which totals 41,939 square feet, will serve as the new Harley Davidson showroom. The ten-year lease was valued at $3.7 million. The lease transaction was executed by Mike Bouma and Paul Caputo of Voit Real Estate Services’ Anaheim office.
DALLAS — Mercer Co. has arranged a 48,000-square-foot industrial lease near the Design District of Dallas for Precision Delivery Services (PDS), which offers temperature-controlled storage for interior designers and architectural firms, as well as art installation, delivery and pickup services. The warehouse property is located at 1210 Inwood Road. Jeremy Mercer of Mercer Co. represented PDS in the negotiations and also arranged upgrades to the building’s HVAC systems with the unnamed landlord.
DALLAS — Henry S. Miller Brokerage has arranged a 16,000-square-foot industrial lease in Dallas for Lone Star Parade Float Co. Located at 2716 N. Westmoreland Ave., the facility is in proximity to I-30 and the city’s downtown area. Lone Star Parade Float Co., a family-owned business serving the state for more than 25 years, provides store displays and prop rentals in addition to parade floats. Huntley Luna of Henry S. Miller represented the tenant in negotiations with the landlord, Electrip Co. LP.
PHOENIX – The first phase of Airport I-10, a three-building industrial park that will total more than 600,000 square feet, has broken ground in Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport area. The Class A park will be located at the northwest corner of 24th Street and Rio Salado. Phase I is scheduled for completion this fall. Airport 1-10 will eventually contain five industrial buildings that total 920,584 square feet. Once complete, it will be one of the largest Sky Harbor Airport-area speculative industrial developments in Phoenix. The development is a joint venture between Wentworth Property Companyand Clarion Partners. JLL’s Pat Harlan, Steve Sayre, Kyle Westfall and Mark Detmer will serve as the park’s exclusive leasing agents.
EL CAJON, CALIF. — Master Halco has leased a 21,925-square-foot industrial property in El Cajon. The space is located at 485 North Raleigh Ave. The wholesale distributor and manufacturer of perimeter security and fencing was represented by Rusty Williams and Chris Roth of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County’s office in Carlsbad.
NAPERVILLE, ILL. — CenterPoint Properties has sold a 152,859-square-foot industrial building in suburban Chicago to Tri-Ring American Corp. The building is located at 820 Frontenac Road in Naperville and situated on 11.6 acres. Tri-Ring American Corp., a manufacturer of automotive components, will use the property for its distribution facility. Eric Tresslar, Joe Bronson and Kyle Barrett with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group represented CenterPoint Properties in the transaction. Jeff Gilbert of Wagener Equities represented Tri-Ring.
NILES, ILL. — Scannell Properties has selected Meridian Design Build to provide design-build services for a new 306,448-square-foot package sorting and distribution center in Niles. The scope of the project includes the redevelopment of a 34-acre site at the northeast corner of Howard and Lehigh that was home for more than 50 years to a Grainger Industrial Supply distribution center. The project will include demolition of an existing 756,000-square-foot building and adjacent parking lots. The new automated sort facility will include 249 exterior trailer stalls and 556 employee parking stalls. Additional improvements include a vehicle maintenance garage and gateway security building designed to support daily operations at the facility. Precept Design LLC is providing architectural services. Spaceco Inc. is completing civil engineering work.
NEW YORK CITY — RKF has arranged the $60 million sale of a 322,390-square-foot industrial property located at 47-25 34th St. in Long Island City. RKF previously represented the owner of the building 13 months ago when they acquired the property for $40.7 million. In this latest transaction, Jeff Fishman of RKF represented the seller of the building, a pair of tenants-in-common entities managed by BLDG Associates Inc. Empire Leasing and Development Inc. represented the buyer, Brickman 34th St LIC LLC. The three-story building is located between Queens Boulevard and the Long Island Expressway.
