FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Hillwood will develop Alliance Westport 14, a 766,994-square-foot industrial project that will be located within the 27,000-acre AllianceTexas master-planned community in North Fort Worth. Alliance Westport 14 will feature 40-foot clear heights, 185-foot truck court depths and parking for 306 cars and 196 trailers (expandable to 500 or 312, respectively). GSR Andrade is the project architect, and Hillwood Construction Services is the general contractor. Frost Bank provided construction financing. The groundbreaking is set for June, and completion is slated for the second quarter of 2025.

HOUSTON — The U.S. subsidiary of Australian firm Anton Paar USA, which provides laboratory instruments and measuring systems, will open a 30,000-square-foot regional headquarters in Houston. The site is located within East River, Midway’s 150-acre mixed-use development in the Historic Fifth Ward. The facility will consist of 12,500 square feet of office space, 12,599 square feet of lab and training space and 5,000 square feet of logistics space. Chadd Bolding of Colliers represented Anton Paar USA in its site selection and purchase of the land. David Hightower represented Midway on an internal basis.
AUBURN HILLS, MICH. — Dominion Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a 121,263-square-foot industrial building located at 1700 Atlantic Blvd. in Auburn Hills for an undisclosed price. The property sits on roughly eight acres along I-75. The tenant is Grupo Antolin, a supplier of automotive interiors. Eric Banks, Andrew Boncore and Alex Tokarz of Dominion represented the seller, CORE BKG 1700 Atlantic LLC, a Burton-Katzman entity. Chris Dowell of Newmark represented the buyer, 1700 Atlantic Blvd. LLC. The property will become the new headquarters of Superior Electric Great Lakes Co., an electrical contracting company.
HASLET, TEXAS — Mainfreight, a logistics company based in New Zealand, has signed a 62,000-square-foot industrial lease in Haslet, a northern suburb of Fort Worth. The site at 112 Harmon Road spans 21.3 acres. The build-to-suit facility will feature 24-foot clear heights, 86 dock doors, 20,000 square feet of office space and ample trailer parking. An affiliate of Chicago-based Timber Hill Group and Champion Realty Advisors own the site and expect to complete construction of the facility by the end of the year. CBRE represented Mainfreight in the lease negotiations, and Lee & Associates represented ownership.
HAZLETON, PA. — Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development will build a 1 million-square-foot industrial project in Hazleton, located roughly midway between Allentown and Scranton in Luzerne County. The building will feature a clear height of 40 feet, 100 docks, four drive-in doors and parking for 839 cars and 360 trailers. The design team includes studioNorth Architecture and designBLD. Peak Construction Corp. is the general contractor. Completion is slated for the first quarter of 2025.
COLUMBUS, OHIO — PREMIER Design + Build Group has completed Phase II of the Rickenbacker Logistics Park in Columbus. CT Realty is the developer of the 382-acre industrial park. Phase II included three new buildings, expanding the development by more than 2 million square feet. Phase II also involved the construction of Raymond Avenue and Henson Family Street, as well as expanding an existing retention pond. PREMIER also completed tenant improvements for Building 7, a 1 million-square-foot property that is home to a global beverage company. PREMIER recently began work on Phase III, which will add a 773,000-square-foot building. When complete, Rickenbacker Logistics Park will total 4 million square feet. The project team included Harris Architects, Swift Engineering and Verdantas. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing partners included Connelly Electric, MVP Plumbing Corp., Dalmatian Fire and MK Industries Inc.
WHEELING, ILL. — Associated Bank has provided a $2.7 million loan for the acquisition of a 58,174-square-foot warehouse in the Chicago suburb of Wheeling. Located on Messner Drive adjacent to the Chicago Executive Airport, the fully leased property is home to Ashland Millwork and Cadence Inc. Daniel Barrins of Associated Bank originated the loan on behalf of the borrower, The Missner Group/Greystar-Thackeray.
WOODSTOCK, ILL. — Entre Commercial Realty has arranged the sale of a 17,600-square-foot truck maintenance and trailer parking facility in Woodstock, about 50 miles northwest of Chicago. The sales price was undisclosed. Located at 14400 Washington St., the property features more than seven acres of outdoor storage and trailer parking. SAN BERNARDINO, CALIF. — Bixby Land Co., in partnership with a global investment manager, has sold a 340,080-square-foot industrial facility located at 4982 Hallmark Pkwy in the Inland Empire city of San Bernardino. Built in 2018, the building features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 47 dock-high doors and two grade-level doors. At the time of sale, the property was fully leased to two tenants. Mark Detmer, Patrick Nally, Ryan Sitov and Evan Moran of JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer, Dallas-based Dalfen Industrial, in the transaction. Kevin Mackenzie and Brian Torp, Mike McCrary, Patrick Wood, Ruben Goodsell and Jeff Bellitti of JLL also assisted in closing the deal.
SAN ANTONIO — JCB, an English manufacturer of heavy machinery and industrial equipment, has acquired 400 acres along State Highway 16 in San Antonio with plans to construct a production facility that could ultimately employ as many as 1,500 people. The assemblage consists of two parcels spanning 172.7 and 227.3 acres. Phil Crane and Dan Gostylo of Partners Real Estate represented the sellers in the disposition of both parcels. A construction timeline was not disclosed.
