It includes three freestanding buildings at Westech 10 Corporate Center in Chandler and five industrial condominiums located at 1920 E. University Drive in Tempe. CJV was represented by Chuck Noble of Lee & Associates. The sellers, CC Prop, LLC and University & Perry, LLC, were represented by Jerry Marrell and Nate Bubeck of Lee & Associates Arizona.

ABILENE, TEXAS — Silver Oak Commercial Realty has brokered the sale of a 40,000-square-foot warehouse, located at 226 E. 7th St. in Abilene. Russ Webb of Silver Oak represented the seller, 7th Street Abilene Partners LLC, in the transaction. Tom Niblo of Senter Realtors represented the buyer, an investor.
TRACY, CALIF. – Amazon has announced it will open a 1-million-square-foot fulfillment center in Tracy. This will be the online retailer’s third fulfillment center in California. The first one opened in San Bernardino this past October. Another is set to open this summer in Patterson. The new Tracy facility will be built by Prologis.

BUFFALO, GROVE, ILL. — CBRE has arranged the lease of a 15,000-square-foot industrial space in Buffalo Grove, located about 30 miles north of Chicago. Zach Graham, Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner and Ryan Bain of CBRE assisted The Shamrock Cos. in its five-year lease of the industrial property, located at 1367-1407 Barclay Blvd. Adam Heffner and Dan Prendergast of Darwin Realty represented the landlord, TA Associates Realty, in the deal. Shamrock is a multichannel marketing company headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, with sales and distribution offices located across the country.
DEVENS, MASS. — Colliers International's capital markets group has arranged a $13.7 million loan for 112 Barnum Road, a 448,000-square-foot industrial asset in Devens. A joint venture between Calare Properties and Hackman Capital Partners acquired the property, which served as the former Evergreen Solar headquarters, earlier this year. Tom Welch and David Douvadjian of Colliers arranged the five-year, nonrecourse loan through Unibank for Savings.
FORT MYERS, FLA. — A 71,229-square-foot self storage facility has traded in Fort Myers for an undisclosed price. Charles LeClaire and Michael Mele of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company based in California, and the Florida-based buyer. The self storage facility includes 537 units and was built in 2007. Amenities include climate-controlled units, drive-up units, roll-up doors, security cameras and a gated entrance.
HOUSTON — Prologis Inc. has kicked off construction on two speculative distribution facilities totaling more than 282,000 square feet at Prologis Park Northpark in Houston. The buildings are being constructed to LEED certification standards. At full build-out, Prologis Park Northpark will total 1.2 million square feet.
LEWISVILLE, TEXAS — Essilor of America, an optical lens manufacturer, has signed a lease with Duke Realty Corp. for the 169,476-square-foot Waters Ridge II, an industrial property located at 501 E. Corporate Drive in Lewisville. Duke Realty is completing one of Essilor's requirements for the building to be 100 percent climate controlled. Essilor will use the property as a distribution center. Jean Russo of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Duke Realty was self-represented by Curt Hefner.
GARNER, N.C. — First American Exchange Co. has sold a 180,000-square-foot distribution center at 1001 Pergo Pkwy. in Garner to Exeter Property Group. The industrial property was built in 2002 and is 100 percent leased to Pergo, laminate flooring manufacturer. Butch Miller and Ann-Stewart Patterson of CBRE/Raleigh represented the seller. Pergo renewed its 180,000-square-foot lease in May 2012.
