AMERICAN CANYON, CALIF. — A 284,000-square-foot winery, warehouse and distribution facility in American Canyon that is fully leased to the Hess Collection Winery has sold to an unnamed buyer for $27.8 million. The facility is located at 1166 Commerce Blvd. The seller was represented by Doug Longyear, Andy Bogardus and Chris Sheldon of Cassidy Turley’s Net Leased Investment Services.

ORLANDO, FLA. — The 147,389-square-foot Silver Star Logistics Center, a manufacturing and logistics building located at 1900 W. New Hampshire St. in Orlando, has sold for $3.5 million. The property includes 6,820 square feet of office space, 28-foot clear ceiling heights, rail-spur service, covered loading docks and parking for more than 30 trailers. BEND, ORE. — AIRCRAFT MANUFACTURER’S RE, LLC, doing business as Epic Aircraft, has purchased the 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility it occupies in Bend. The facility, which is located within the Bend Airport Enterprise zone, was listed for sale at $3.8 million, though the actual purchase price was not disclosed. The facility is located on the tarmac of the Bend Municipal Airport and has a long-term ground lease with the City of Bend. Robert Raimondi and Gardner Williams of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented both the buyer and the seller, ER 1, LLC, in this transaction.
OXNARD, CALIF. — A 14,111-square-foot industrial building located at 1450 E. Wooley Road in Oxnard has sold to BBS Partners, LLC for $1,481,655. The building was constructed in 2007. BBS plans to use the building for its packaging supply business. The company was represented by Michael L. Wax of Industrial Park Associates. The seller, Channel Islands Equity II, was represented by Mike Walsh of DAUM.
HATBORO, PA. — Binswanger has acquired a 122,432-square-foot former Sam's Club at 1001 S. York Rd. in Hatboro, north of Philadelphia. The buyer, Benjamin Foods, has been leasing the facility since 2010 and the company exercised its option to purchase the facility from Upper Moreland Holdings LP. Benjamin Foods, a full-service food distributor, uses the facility for its warehouse and distribution space, as well as a retail cash and carry location. The facility includes six loading docks and parking for 917 vehicles. Chris Pennington of Binswanger represented the buyer in the transaction.
SULPHUR SPRINGS — Binswanger has arranged the sale of a 152,200-square-foot manufacturing/warehouse facility, located at 906 Hillcrest Drive in Sulphur Springs. The buyer, Pinnacle Cos., plans to invest more than $4 million into the property. Kipp Collins of Binswanger's Dallas office represented the seller, Greenball Corp., in the transaction.
PHOENIX — ViaTeK Solutions has signed a three-year lease for 23,225 square feet of warehouse space at Freeport Buckeye West in Phoenix. This will be the company’s first Phoenix-area location. ViaTeK was represented by Bill Bayless and Andrew Brigham of CBRE’s Phoenix office. The landlord, B-V Freeport Distribution Center LLC, was represented by Bo Mills, Mark Detmer and Will Strong of Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix.
EDINBURGH, IND. — M&L Storage LLC has purchased Secure Storage, a 15,920-square-foot self-storage facility in Edinburgh, for $350,000. The property is a Class B+ facility with 106 storage bays and is located at 7659 E. State Rd. 252. Mickey Hurley of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Secure Storage LLC, in the transaction. He also represented the buyer.
MARISSA, ILL. — Holland Construction Services has completed a new, $4.5 million industrial shop and administration building for Prairie State Generating Co. in Marissa. The 29,841-square-foot facility includes an administration area, locker rooms, a drive-through industrial shop and a 20-ton crane. The Prairie State campus in Marissa is an electric generation facility. The campus includes a 1600-megawatt plant and adjacent coal mine and is 95 percent owned by eight public power companies.
HOUSTON — Cadence McShane has completed the construction on a 253,838-square-foot tenant improvement assignment for an industrial property, located within the Guhn Road Distribution Center at 6535 Guhn Road in Houston. Cadence McShane worked on behalf of Forum Energy Technologies, completing a 20,000-square-foot office component and customized research and development space. Richard Moody Architects provided architectural services for the project.
