SIMI VALLEY, CALIF. — All American Containers has leased a 76,090-square-foot industrial building in Simi Valley. The facility is located at 2390 Ward Ave., Unit B. The lease was valued at $1.4 million. All American will be relocating from a 29,000-square-foot facility. It was represented by John DeGrinis, Patrick DuRoss and Jeff Abraham of Colliers’ Encino, Calif., office. The landlord was represented by Scott Caswell of Delphi Business Properties.

COLUMBUS — Nifco America has signed a 135,000-square-foot lease expansion at 2435 Spiegel Rd. in Columbus. Nifco, which manufactures automotive parts, plans to expand its manufacturing and distribution services in the city. The company cites a significant growth in business, including parts needed for new Honda models. Curt Berlin and Matt Osowski of NAI Ohio Equities represented the landlord, Meritex, in the transaction. Joel Yakovac of Colliers International represented Nifco.
SALT LAKE CITY — Express Messenger Systems has leased 106,893 square feet at Landmark at Salt Lake Park. The company will use this space, located in Building 6, to expand its operations. The firm originally occupied 36,000 square feet in Building 5. This will allow Express Messenger to more than triple its space, while simultaneously bringing Building 6 to full occupancy. Express Messenger was represented by CBRE’s Tom Dischmann. IDI, the building’s owner, was represented by Rad Dye, also of CBRE.
VICTORVILLE, CALIF. — Modern Space Pacific Services has signed a lease for 47,652 square feet at the Southern California Logistics Centre in Victorville. This lease makes Modern Space the single largest user in the multi-tenant portion of the logistics centre, which currently boasts a 94 percent occupancy rate. The Centre is owned by Stirling Capital.
LIVONIA, MICH. — Longacre LLC has purchased a 14,600-square-foot industrial building in Livonia, a Detroit suburb, for $435,000. Located at 11965 Brookfield, the facility was built in 1973 and remodeled in 2000. The building includes 1,800 square feet of office space. Tony Avendt of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, First Industrial LP, in the transaction.
BAYONNE, N.J. — RPM Warehouse has renewed its 304,000-square-foot industrial lease at 99 Hook Rd. in Bayonne, east of Newark. Situated on 20 acres, the property includes 50 exterior doors, reinforced concrete floors and secured parking. The owner, Avidan Management, was represented in-house by Josh Avidan in the transaction.
LEWISBURY, PA. — Fishing Creek Properties LP has purchased a 216,000-square-foot light manufacturing and assembly complex in Lewisbury, near Harrisburg, Pa., for $6 million. The 27.8-acre site is located at 505-509 Fishing Creek Rd and is fully leased. Jeff Algatt of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, Flight Systems Inc., in the transaction.
ROANOKE — Colliers International has arranged a 603,050-square-foot lease for a warehouse facility, located at 300 Gateway Pkwy. in Roanoke. Lynn Reich and Allen Gump of Colliers represented the tenant, DSC Logistics, in the lease transaction. Eric Rutledge of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, 300 Gateway Parkway LP.
CARROLLTON — Brook Furniture Rental has moved its metropolitan Dallas showroom to a 43,000-square-foot facility, located at 2100 Luna Rd., Ste. 100 in Carrollton. The new property is twice as big as the original location. Conrad Madsen of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the multi-year lease transaction. The landlord, Billingsley Co., was self-represented by Carter Crow.
OCEANSIDE, CALIF. – The remaining 24 office/industrial/flex condos inside the Venture Commerce Center, a distressed, fractured condo project in Oceanside, have sold for $6.25 million. The center is located at 3600-3682 Ocean Ranch Blvd. The condos, which total 65,000 square feet, were sold to mostly owner-users, according to Todd Holley of Voit’s San Diego office. Holley represented the seller, LAMCO LLC, a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Holdings, along with Voit’s Randy LaChance and Rusty Williams of Lee & Associates.
