KENOSHA, WIS. — Great Lakes Warehousing has signed a lease for 31,200 square feet of industrial space at 4200 39th Ave. in Kenosha. Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski of RFP Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. They also represented Great Lakes.
CARSON, CALIF. — 3PL Global has leased a 270,764-square-foot industrial building at 2211 E. Carson Street in Carson. The company plans to turn the new space into its corporate headquarters. Chris Jimenez of Feinberg Group represented 3PL Global in this transaction. The landlord, Prologis, was represented by Sam Foster and Barry Hill of Jones Lang LaSalle Los Angeles.
HAYWARD, CALIF. — Kortick Manufacturing has purchased a 142,372-square-foot industrial property in Hayward. The firm had been leasing 82,000 square feet in the multi-tenant facility, which is located at 2230-2242 Davis Court. Kortick will look to expand its occupancy in the future. Tom Damaschino and Sam Higgins with Cassidy Turley represented the now owner-user in this transaction.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — LKQ Corp. has signed a 156,000-square-foot lease to occupy the former FedEx facility, located at 1001 Carrier Dr. in Charlotte. The facility will serve as the company's base operations for the Carolinas and will allow LKQ to increase product offerings to the Charlotte Metropolitan area while also expanding its team of employees to support its growth strategy. Bill Mowry of Prime Equities represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Lester Osborn of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International represented the landlord, NATMI National Truck Terminals, in the transaction.
KANSAS CITY, MO. — Interconnect Devices has leased 62,138 square feet of industrial space at Richland Business Center, located at 5101 Richland in Kansas City. HOUSTON — HFF has arranged the sale of the 256,265-square-foot Commerce Center, an eight-building industrial property located at 9000 SW Freeway in southwest Houston. The property is leased to 40 tenants. Rusty Tamlyn and Trent Agnew of HFF represented the seller, Insite Commercial Real Estate, in the transaction. Agarita Management purchased the property. Kirk Oden of Trinity Finance's San Antonio office arranged acquisition financing through American Family Life Insurance.
VISTA, CALIF. — A 36,404-square-foot industrial building in Vista has sold to Nubs Plastics for $2.39 million. It is located at 991 Park Center Drive. Nubs was represented by Glenn Stokoe of Lee & Associates–North San Diego County office in Carlsbad. The seller, Hirschbein Trust, was represented by CB Richard Ellis in this transaction.
MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd. has acquired four industrial buildings in Wisconsin from Clarion Partners for $29 million. The deals total more than 606,900 square feet and the properties are located in Glendale, Oak Creek and Pleasant Prairie, Wis. Tom Shepherd and Mike Fardy of Inland Cos. represented the seller in the deal.
POMPANO BEACH, FLA. — Cavache Holdings has acquired an 11,648-square-foot warehouse, located at 280 N.W. 12 Ave. in Pompano Beach, from Ray Anthony International for $1.1 million. Keith Kidwell of Sperry Van Ness' Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office represented the seller in the transaction, and Helen Weisman of Brenner Real Estate Group represented the buyer.
AURORA, ILL. — Liberty Property Trust has completed two significant lease transactions, bringing the Liberty Business Center in Aurora to full occupancy. International Paper/xpedx has signed a lease for 316,000 square feet. The company will relocate from its facility in Glendale Heights to the new space this summer, when a fit-out is complete. George Pappas of Hartford Associates represented the tenant in the transactions. In addition, Rockpoint Logistics has added 72,269 square feet to its lease, bringing its total space to 291,552 square feet.
