BLACK CREEK, GA. — Matson Logistics has signed a 130,000-square-foot lease at the 604,930-square-foot Building 100, located in Interstate Centre at 951 Interstate Center Blvd. in Black Creek, Ga. Nathan Pramik and Mark Hawks of Atlanta-based Resource Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, TPA Realty Services, in the lease transaction. Cliff Dales of Colliers International's Savannah, Ga., office represented the tenant.
EVANSVILLE, IND. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $6.39 million sale of a 75,378-square-foot FedEx Ground facility, located at 14831 Foundation Ave. in Evansville. Alvin Mansour of Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office, along with Joshua Caruana of the firm's Indianapolis office, represented the seller, a Missouri-based vineyard and procured the San Diego-based buyer.
PHILADELPHIA — Teva Pharmaceutical Industries has purchased 140 acres at the Omni Logistics Center, located at 1 Red Lion Road in Philadelphia, and plans to construct a 1.2 million-square-foot distribution center. John Binswanger, Clive Mendelow and Paul French of Philadelphia-based Binswanger represented Teva in the land acquisition.
ESCONDIDO, CALIF. – Realty Income, which is based out of Escondido, Calif., has acquired a 12-property industrial portfolio that spans across eight states in a sale leaseback. The portfolio contains a total of 300,000 square feet that is currently leased to one of the nation’s largest environmental services companies. Financial terms were undisclosed. David Sobelman, Calkain Companies’ executive vice president, and Doug Wright, director of the firm’s industrial division, represented the private equity firm that managed the operational transaction.

DTLR will consolidate its corporate office headquarters with its main distribution center at the new location in January 2012. NanoViricides, Inc. will lease the renovated laboratory and manufacturing space from Inno-Haven. Bruce Wettenstein of Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the property's sale.
MOUNT OLIVE, N.J. – Ypsilanti, Mich.-based Bosal USA has leased 103,000 square feet of industrial space in the 217,548-square-foot International Trade Center, located at 200 International Dr. in Mount Olive. The International Trade Center's landlord is Mount Olive Industrial Realty Co. Stan Danzig, Jules Nissim, Steve Elman, Robert Adams and Cathy Bounczek of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J. office represented the tenant. Bosal will move into their new space in October.
