SAN ANTONIO — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the 40,800-square-foot Rilling Road Industrial, an industrial property located at 1303 Rilling Rd. in San Antonio. Joshua Swank of Marcus & Millichap's San Antonio office and Greg Gaynor of the firm's Austin office represented both the buyer and seller, both private investors, in the transaction.

INGLEWOOD, CALIF. — Luxury home furnishings manufacturer J. Robert Scott has signed a 78-month lease extension for a 76,675-square-foot industrial facility in Inglewood. The facility, which is located at 500 N. Oak Street within the Airport Business Park, will serve as the corporate headquarters for his company’s operations. The lease is valued at $4.3 million. Scott was represented by Doug Marshall of Klabin/CORFAC’s Los Angeles office. The landlord, Roxbury Property Management, was represented by F. Ronald Rader, also in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

ERIE, PA. — Cary, N.C.-based Lord Corp. has purchased a 1 million-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility, located at 2455 Robinson Rd. W. in Erie, for $19 million. Lord Corp., a technology company that designs and manufactures devices to manage mechanical motion and control noise, plans to consolidate its Erie operations into the new facility. Jim Panczykowski of Binswanger's New Haven office represented the seller, Bush Industries, in the transaction.

BANGOR, PA. — The former Majestic Athletics apparel manufacturing building, located at 100 Majestic Way in Bangor, has sold for $1.5 million. BioSpectra, a biotech company, purchased the 142,000-square-foot facility to expand its operations. Joseph Baxter and Brian Coyne of Stroudsburg, Pa.- based Michael Baxter & Associates represented the owner in the deal. Daniel Perich and Ray Starner of Michael Baxter represented the buyer.

DALLAS — Atlanta-based Cousins Properties has sold the 748,831-square-foot Lakeside Ranch Building 20 and two land parcels, located in the Lakeside Ranch Business Park in Dallas. Cousins also sold a development site in Lancaster. The land and industrial building are part of a $72.2 million deal that includes the sale of King Mill Building 3 in Atlanta. Jack Fraker of CBRE's Dallas office and Chris Riley, Frank Fallon and Brian Budnick of the firm's Atlanta office represented the seller in the transaction and the buyer was self-represented.

SAN BERNARDINO, CALIF. — Grant & Bowman have signed a 36-month lease for a 141,200-square-foot industrial space at 1050 Orange Show Road in San Bernardino. The company was previously located in nearby Ontario. It was represented by Jeff Smith of Lee & Associates’ Ontario office. The landlord, Investment Building Group, was represented by Herrick Johnson of Lee & Associates’ Riverside office.

YONKERS, N.Y. — Express Cabinets Inc., a kitchen cabinetry manufacturer, is relocating its operations from 310 Sherman Ave. in Newark to 630 Central Park Ave. in Yonkers. The company purchased a 200,000-square-foot industrial building for $7.6 million. William Cuddy, Jr. and Budd Wiesenberg of CBRE's Stamford office represented the seller, Stewart EFI. Express Cabinets will move into the building in the spring of 2012.

TAMPA, FLA. — EastGroup Properties has purchased a 16-property, 1.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio, located in Tampa, from an undisclosed seller. After disposing of six non-core buildings, the company will retain 1.07 million square feet with a projected total investment of approximately $55.4 million. The core portfolio is currently 92 percent leased.

GREENWOOD, IND. — KYB Americas Corp. has signed a 153,748-square-foot lease at Southpoint Business Park, located at 850 North Graham Rd. in Greenwood. Franklin, Ind.-based KYB manufactures shocks, struts and suspension components. The company will use the space to distribute products to aftermarket customers in the U.S. and Canada. Mark Bell and Sean McHale of Colliers International represented KYB in the transaction. The landlord, IDI, was represented by Doug Armbruster of IDI.
