PHOENIX — Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial Solutions has sold a 302,640-square-foot distribution building in Tolleson, Ariz., to a limited partnership formed by Prologis for $9.95 million. The seller, the Paul and Eleanor Sade Trust, put the building up for sale after its long-time tenant, Reckitt Benckiser, expanded and relocated in Utah. The trust was represented by JLL managing directors Anthony J. Lydon and Marc Hertzberg in this all-cash transaction. The two have also been assigned to carry out the leasing efforts for Prologis, which was represented in-house by senior vice president and investment officer Fritz Wyler.

WOODLAND HILLS, CALIF. — Colliers International has sold a 34,321-square-foot industrial building in Woodland Hills to Sky High Sports for $5.35 million. This acquisition will represent the trampoline fun center’s first expansion into the San Fernando Valley. It had previously leased a building in Camarillo in 2010. Sky High Sports was represented by members of TEAM DeGRINIS, which is based out of Colliers’ Encino office. The team included John DeGrinis, Patrick DuRoss and Jeff Abraham. The seller was represented by Jim McDonald of Group 100.

LAVERGNE, TENN. — CB Richard Ellis has arranged the $3.6 million purchase of a 184,434-square-foot industrial building, located at 1045 Firestone Parkway in the Interchange City Industrial Park in LaVergne. Steve Preston and Douglass Johnson of CBRE's Nashville, Tenn., office represented the buyer, Wonton Foods. The seller was Texas-based Orix Capital Markets.

GLENDALE, WIS. — Milwuakee-based The Dickman Co./CORFAC International has brokered the $3.63 million sale of the 104,400-square-foot Glendale Business Center, a three-building industrial center located at 6575-6693 N. Sidney Place in Glendale. Brian Parrish of The Dickman Co./CORFAC International represented both parties in the transaction. Glendale Business Center, LLC, was the seller and Hakadull Properties was the buyer.

LANGHORNE, PA. — Eastern Warehouse Distributors, Inc. has purchased a 110,180-square-foot Class A industrial facility at 1050 Wheeler Way in the Bucks County Business Park in Langhorne. The facility will be used to distribute motor vehicle supplies and new parts. The property is situated on 10 acres and features 22-foot ceilings, T5 lighting with optical sensors, loading docks with levelers, drive-in doors and 7,500 square feet of office space. Binswanger’s Frank Cullen and Chris Pennington represented the seller, Domtar Paper Co., and Frank Roddy from Roddy, Inc. represented Eastern Warehouse in the transaction.

CARROLLTON — Mayfield Properties has purchased a 166,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 2101 W. Beltline Rd. in Carrollton that is 100 percent leased to Tube Forming, Inc. The property is a part of the Valwood Industrial Park and features precast concrete tilt walls, 36-foot tall ceilings, a sprinkler system, 15,570 square feet of office space and two truck doors. Binswanger’s Holmes Davis represented the seller, Wolverine Tube, Inc. in the transaction.

LOS ANGELES — Voit Real Estate Services’ Central Los Angeles Market teamhas sold 110,000 square feet of land for $2.7 million. This is one of the highest sale prices for land in the Commerce, Calif., region in the past two years, according to Voit’s Brian McLoughlin. A 36,123-square-foot warehouse currently sitson the land. The buyer, So Cal Carriers, plans to use a portion of the building for its Commerce headquarters. The other portion will be demolished. So Cal Carriers was represented by Casey Mungo of GVA Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. The seller, Maechling Family Trust, was represented by McLoughlin along with David Fults, who is also out of Voit’s Commerce office.

NORTH EAST, MD. — Atlanta-based Weeks Robinson has purchased Trade Center 95, a 600,000-square-foot warehouse and 32 acres of vacant land, located at 4000 Pulaski Hwy. in North East. The building contains a cross-dock with a 32-foot clear height and a large truck area. The pad-ready site will allow Weeks Robinson tot expand the building to more than 1.2 million square feet.
