FORT WORTH — Touchstone Wireless Repair and Logistics has signed an 85,002-square-foot lease expansion at 4500 Cambridge Rd. in Fort Worth, bringing the company’s total square footage to 216,300 square feet at the site. John Brewer and Steve Koldyke of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF, and Jones Lang LaSalle’s Dave Richards, Michael Corr, Nathan Orbin, Denice Michel and Ben Phillips represented Touchstone.

CEDAR CITY, UTAH – Binswanger has sold a 212,042-square-foot industrial building in Cedar City to Jim Pattison Developments. The company plans to use this building as an expansion for its Genpak subsidiary, which already has a significant presence in the Cedar City market. The facility boasts 112,000 square feet of manufacturing space, 93,832 square feet of warehouse space and 6,210 square feet of office space. The transaction was executed by Eric Dienstbach, a senior vice president for Binswanger.
DORAL, FLA. — Terreno Realty Corp. has acquired a 40,000-square-foot industrial property, located at 11460 NW 39th St. in Doral, for $4.4 million. The property is currently 100 percent leased to one tenant. The seller and brokers were undisclosed.
ELIZABETHTOWN, PA. — MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. has leased 110,000 square feet of industrial space at 1499 Zeager Rd. in Elizabethtown’s Conewago Industrial Park inside a 280,000-square-foot multi-tenant property. The property includes 46 loading docks and 37-foot ceilings. Cushman & Wakefield’s Gerry Blinebury, Pat McBride and Leah Balerno represented the property owner, The Jay Group, in lease negotiations.
GARLAND — MMUC Properties has purchased a 10,000-square-foot warehouse at 428 N. 1st St. in Garland from Bell’s Conversions, Inc. Chris Stout of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented Bell’s, and Mike Gravit of Gravit Co. represented MMUC. The single-story building includes eight dock doors and an 18-foot ceiling.
CAMARILLO, CALIF. — Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura office has transacted an 85,000-square-foot industrial lease to Perfect Promotional Products inside Camarillo’s Mission Oaks Business Park. The printing company signed a seven-year lease valued at more than $3.76 million for the space at 5217 Camino Ruiz. Perfect Promotional currently operates two other locations in nearby Oxnard that it will consolidate at the new facility. The company was represented by Doug Wax, president of Industrial Park Associates. Lee’s Grant Harris, Grant Fulkerson and Robert Shafer represented the landlord, PEGH Investments LLC.
CHESAPEAKE, VA. — First Potomac Realty Trust has added two new tenants to its industrial properties in Chesapeake. Carrier Enterprises signed a 7-year, 63,012-square-foot lease at the 1.09 million-square-foot Crossways Commerce Center and Serco signed a 5-year, 54,054-square-foot lease at the 712,500-square-foot Diamond Hill Distribution Center. Ken Benassi of CB Richard Ellis' Norfolk, Va., office represented Carrier Enterprises in its lease negotiations and Steve Rancki of Jones Lang LaSalle's McLean, Va., office and Gregg Christoffersen of JLL's Hampton Roads, Va., office represented Serco.
HARLINGEN — Tire Recycling & Processing LLC (TRP) has purchased a 42,777-square-foot facility in the Harlingen Industrial Park and plans to reposition it into a tire processing plant. The company plans on creating 30 new jobs with the conversion while processing used tires into granules, carbon black and bio fuels. TRP was formed by Ecologist Services & Dispositions, Inc. of Brownsville to address the approximately 3 billion used tires in the southern border of the U.S.
WOODWAY — Haggard & Stocking Associates, Inc. (H&S) has opened an approximately 20,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Woodway, which cost approximately $1 million to construct. H&S serves the industrial marketplace, including the airline, rail, aerospace and automotive industries. H&S previously had a facility that was approximately 5,000 square feet located at 7201 Santos Cir.
GILROY, CALIF. — Strategic Storage Trust, Inc. (SSTI) has purchased a 610-unit self-storage facility in the San Francisco Bay Area for about $6.56 million. SSTI’s four-property Bay Area portfolio now contains about 2,600 units. The new facility will operate under the SmartStop Self Storage name. It contains about 94,000 rentable square feet that is situated on approximately 4.5 acres at 8900 Murray Ave. HFF’s senior managing director, Aaron Swerdlin, represented the seller in this transaction.
