HOUSTON — CyrusOne, a subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell, has acquired 175,000 square feet of data center space in Houston from owner and developer Panattoni Development Co. The acquisition includes the LEED-Silver building that CyrusOne currently occupies as well as an adjacent data center under construction. Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller in the transaction, and Dallas-based Lincoln Rackhouse represented the buyer.

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — Englewood, Colo.-based Triton Real Estate Holdings has acquired a 75,000-square-foot warehouse, located at 4100 Carolina Commerce Pkwy. in North Charleston, from KST Holdings for $3.5 million. Milton Thomas of Charleston-based Anchor Commercial/CORFAC International represented the seller in the transaction. Woody Kapp from Daniel Island, S.C.-based Meyer Kapp & Associates represented the buyer.

CARTERET, N.J. — Prism Capital Partners has acquired a 230,000-square-foot industrial building at 700 Blair Rd. in Carteret for the purpose of relocating Berjé Inc.'s headquarters to the property from its Parkway Lofts site in Bloomfield, N.J. The move represents an expansion from Berjé, a distributor of essential oils and aromatic chemicals, and paves the way for the start of construction for Parkway Lofts, a multifamily adaptive reuse project. Prism purchased the building from BASF Corp. for an undisclosed amount.

HASLET — Invesco Real Estate has purchased a 747,528-square-foot Kraft Distrubution Center, an industrial property located in the Alliance Business Park at 2617 Blue Mound Rd. in Haslet. The property is fully leased to Kraft Foods. Jack Fraker and Josh McArtor of CBRE's Dallas office represented the seller, USAA Real Estate, in the transaction.

DALLAS — ValuePart has renewed and expanded its lease by 22,302 square feet, bringing the total lease to 84,567 square feet, at 9804 Chartwell in Dallas. The landlord, BRE/TX Industrial Properties, was represented by Cannon Green and Seth Koschak of Stream Realty's Dallas office in the lease transaction. Nathan Orbin and Ben Phillips of Jones Lang LaSalle's Dallas office represented the tenant.

Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham of CB Richard Ellis represented both the landlord, McShane Liberty Point, and the tenant in the transaction.
