POMONA, CALIF. — Lee & Associates Ontario has sold a 21,455-square-foot industrial park for $2 million. The two-story offices and fenced-in yard was acquired by DE & Z, LLC. Lee & Associates' Todd Launchbaugh and Justin Leewood represented the sellers, Hua-Chiang Wang and Shan Duo Chang. The buyer was represented by Encon Commercial.

PHOENIX — Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has sold the 62,832-square-foot Foxfire Commerce Center in Surprise, Ariz., for $3.15 million. The buyer was Presson Companies, an Arizona-based private investor. Cassidy Turley executive vice presidents Bob Buckley, Steve Lindley and Tracy Cartledge represented both the buyer and the seller, Dalfen America Corporation, which did business as Rosh Hashanah Realty ADA Compliant Limited Partnership.
SAN DIEGO — Voit Real Estate Services has directed the acquisition of an 11,050-square-foot industrial building in Poway, Calif., for $1.657 million. The acquisition by James and Barbara Hetzler Trust included a nine-month leaseback to Pro Tel Communications, the building's current tenant. Tracy Clark, senior vice president in Voit’s San Diego office, represented the buyer. CFI Commercial's Paula Danker represented the seller, Estate Quest, LLC.
AVON, MASS. — Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman has arranged a $7.85 million fixed-rate mortgage on behalf of a joint venture between Condyne and The Davis Cos. for the acquisition of a 248,000-square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution facility located at 80 Stockwell Dr. in Avon. Richard Swartz and Jay Wagner of the firm’s Boston office secured financing for the property through Brookline Bank.
CLINTON, MASS. — KBS Capital Advisors, an affiliate of Newport Beach, Calif.-based KBS Realty Advisors, has signed a 48,000-square-foot lease with Worcester, Mass.-based ECM Plastics at 111 Adams Rd. in Clinton, which is part of Adams Road Industrial Park. ECM Plastics will use the lease to expand its business to Clinton. James Stubblebine of Lexington, Mass.-based Stubblebine Co. represented KBS, and ECM Plastics was self-represented.
ROBBINSVILLE, N.J. — CB Richard Ellis has completed a 504,286-square-foot industrial lease at 100 West Manor Way in Robbinsville. Mindy Lissner and William Waxman of CB Richard Ellis’ N.J. office represented the tenant, Kenco Logistic Services, in the transaction and Chuck Fern of the Metropark, N.J. Jones Lang LaSalle office represented the landlord, Principal Real Estate Investors.
WARREN, MICH. — Neuner's Auto & Truck Repair has acquired a 50,675-square-foot industrial property located at 27365 Mound Road in Warren. Michael Grammatico, Joe DePonio and Jason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani represented the seller, Comerica Bank, in the deal. The purchased price and the seller's name were not released.
WICHITA, KAN. — American Tire Distributors has signed a 10-year lease for 113,524 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space at 5015 S. Water Circle in Wichita. The space will be used as a local tire distribution center. Eric Dienstbach of the Denver office of Binswanger partnered with Marlin Penner and Lowell Richardson of local brokerage firm John T. Arnold Associates to represent the landlord, Blue Dog LLC.
MACUNGIE, PA. — The Philadelphia based Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Carlisle, Pa.-based Allen Distribution in the acquisition of a 580,000-square-foot distribution facility in the Lehigh Valley. The company acquired 3041 Schoeneck Rd., the first of three buildings in the Lehigh Valley Crossings complex, from CB Richard Ellis, who was representing Panattoni Development Co. The industrial complex has been approved for a total of 1.19 million square feet of Class A warehouse distribution space. Vice Presidents of the Jones Lang LaSalle team, Kim Meincke and Jason Webb, represented Allen Distribution in the purchase.
NORCROSS, GA. — Bagcraft Papercon has signed a 225,000-square-foot lease for a production facility located at 6448 Best Friend Rd. in Norcross. Craig Viergever and Kurt Unger of Lee & Associates' Atlanta office represented the tenant. The landlord is Selig Enterprises.
