LANSING, MICH. — STAG Industrial has purchased a 231,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility in Lansing for $14.1 million. Constructed in 2006, the Class A building is situated on 33 acres at 7009 W. Mount Hope Highway. Its current tenant, auto parts supplier Johnson Controls, has 10 years remaining on its lease. The seller's name was not released.

DALLAS — A single-story, 73,349-square-foot industrial-flex building located at 2800 W. Mockingbird Ln. in the Love Field submarket of Dallas has been acquired by Shreveport, La.-based Roundtree Automotive Group LLC, a group of new car dealerships operating in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama. Behringer Harvard Mid-Term Value Enhancement Fund I LP purchased the property in 2005. It was leased for approximately 10 years to Government Records Services, Inc., part of Affiliated Computer Systems (ACS), a provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, before the company vacated the property in November 2010.

DALLAS — A 42,083-square-foot warehouse situated on 2.11 acres at 1108-1114 Quaker in Dallas has sold. Mercantile-Quaker LLC sold the industrial property to Jewmor Holdings Limited Liability. Allen Gump, Phil Rosenfeld and Matt Thompson of Colliers International represented the seller, while Clint Riley of Transwestern represented the buyer.

DURHAM, N.C. — The Keith Corp. has sold the 309,000-square-foot Implus Building, located at 2001 T.W. Alexander Dr. in Durham, to New York-based GRC Durham for $21 million. The distribution facility is fully leased on a triple net basis. Chris Norvell and David Finger of Cassidy Turley's Raleigh, N.C., office and Rob Cochran of the Charlotte, N.C., office represented the seller in the transaction.

WESTON, FLA. — Greenfield World Trade has added an additional 16,650 square feet of distribution warehouse space to its lease to occupy an entire 61,000-square-foot building at the Meridian Business Campus, located at 3355 Enterprise Ave. in Weston. The extension was for another 30 months. Ken Morris of Plantation, Fla.-based Morris Southeast Group/CORFAC International represented the tenant in the transaction.

AURORA, ILL. — Follett Higher Education Group, a division of Follett Group, has signed a long-term lease for Butterfield 550, a 551,200-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility located in Aurora. Developed by Duke Realty in 2008, the building is situated within Butterfield Corporate Park. Follett plans to relocate to the building from River Grove, Ill., in November. David Justh and Keith Puritz of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) represented the tenant in lease negotiations. John Suerth, Traci Buckingham and David Prell, also of CBRE, represented Duke Realty.

WEST DUNDEE, ILL. — Opus Development Corp. has disposed of Oakview Building I, a 154,475-square-foot industrial property located within Oakview Corporate Park in West Dundee. The building was 83 percent leased at the time of closing to Plastival Inc., General Technologies Inc., and MayTec Inc. It is one of three buildings Opus constructed in the park. The buyer was Boston-based real estate advisor.

PLAINFIELD, IND. — Opus Development Corp. has sold a 481,976-square-foot distribution building in Plainfield to Founders Fund I LLC for an undisclosed amount. The property is Airwest Building 9, which is located within Opus' 13-million, 6 million-square-foo Plainfield Business Center at Airwest. It was constructed in 2008 and is fully leased to Brightpoint and Sara Lee Corporation. Dave Watson of Founders Properties provided in-house representation for the buyer in the direct deal. Founders is a privately held company controlled by Opus founder Gerald Rauenhorst and Best Buy founder Richard Schulze.
