MAHWAH, N.J. — The 38,500-square-foot 500 Corporate Drive, located off Route 17 in Mahwah, has been sold for $3.32 million. The industrial/flex facility offers 15,500 square feet of warehouse space, 10,500 square feet of flex/assembly space and 12,500 square feet of office space. Kenneth Lundberg of NAI James E. Hanson's Hackensack, N.J., office represented the seller, MSS Associates. Mark Siegler and Marc Hirschinger of Cassidy Turley's Teaneck, N.J., office represented the buyer, ARC Global Holdings.
POCATELLO, ID — Idaho State University has purchased a 209,000-square-foot high-tech facility, which it plans to convert into a state-of-the-art national research facility. The building, which is located in the ISU Research Park, was initially constructed in 1996 and expanded in 2000. It contains 87,000 square feet of warehouse space, 69,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 50,000 square feet of office space, among other features. Eric Dienstbach, senior vice president of Binswanger, represented the seller, Kimberly-Clark.
LAURENS COUNTY, S.C. — Roncello, Italy-based Flame Spray S.p.A. has purchased a 31,160-square-foot building, located in the Woodfield Industrial Park in Laurens County, for their first and only North American production plant, which will be a $9.2 million facility. Kevin Bentley of Lee & Associates' Greenville, S.C., office represented the buyer.
LAS VEGAS – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has sold a 37,500-square-foot industrial property. Ned Zivkovic and Tina D. Taylor, who work out of the firm’s Las Vegas office, listed the property exclusively on behalf of the seller, a corporation. The duo negotiated a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. The debt relief was about $1,856,000. The beneficiary also contributed an undisclosed sum. The property, located at 5335 Wynn Rd., also contains 1,500 square feet of office space.
PHOENIX – Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has sold building three at 71 Roosevelt Industrial Park, a 164,000-square-foot industrial park that comprises four buildings. The 33,000-square-foot, single-tenant building was purchased by Texas Medical Distributors for $1,369,500. Cassidy Turley’s Steve Mardian, Paul Boyle and Rick Danis represented the sellers, WE Uterque Holdings Corp. (JP Morgan Chase Bank). Lee & Associates’ Matt Fredrick represented the buyers.
BARRINGTON, N.H. — Portsmouth, N.H.-based The Kane Co. has completed the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial building, located at 246 Calef Highway in Barrington. Pete Billipp represented the seller and procured the buyer, a local business owner.
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. — Good Roads has purchased the 70,000-square-foot industrial building, located at 5360 NW 35th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, for $4.5 million. The building is located in the Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center. Two tenants occupy 20,000 square feet in the building and Good Roads will move into the remaining 50,000 square feet. Chris Metzger and Rick Etner of Cushman & Wakefield's Fort Lauderdale office, and Sky Groden, Christopher Thomson and Justin Cope of the Palm Beach Gardens office, represented the seller, Nat and Sam Butters.
WEST BEND, WIS. — Dimension Tool & Machining has acquired a 9,000-square-foot industrial property located at 950 Eastern Ave. in West Bend. Dimension plans to relocate to the building, formerly occupied by WenCo, from its existing facility in Grafton, Wis. James Young of Milwaukee-based Cassidy Turley Barry represented Dimension as well as the seller, Robert Wenzlaff. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

In addition, Rudolf and Gilbert represented Sercel, Inc., a provider of seismic acquisitions systems based on cable, radio telementary and vibrators, in its renewal of a 99,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution space at 10570 Bissonnet in southwest Houston.
