ADDISON, ILL. — The Cary Co. has signed a 50,000-square-foot industrial lease at 1005 Republic Dr. in Addison. The facility is located near Cary Co.'s corporate headquarters. The company plans to use the space as a satellite warehouse. Tim Gallagher of Cawley Chicago represented the tenant in the transaction. Dominic Carbonari of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Cabot Properties.

NEW YORK CITY — Chun Po Trading, a restaurant and plastic supplier, has signed a 46,000-square-foot lease at 54-35 46th St. in the Maspeth section of Queens. The company formerly occupied 77 Commercial St. in Brooklyn, which has been sold to accommodate construction of a new residential development. Linda Wong of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant in the transaction. Fred Rufrano, also of Kalmon Dolgin Afilliates, represented the owner.

PEORIA, ARIZ. — Arrowhead Commerce Center, a 120,948-square-foot industrial park in Peoria, has sold to Arrowhead Commerce Center Partners, LLC for $7.3 million. It is located at 8581-8643 West Kelton Lane. The three-building center was built in 1999 and was 73 percent leased at the time of closing. The seller, MECG-Arrowhead 1, LLC, Et Al, was represented by Paul Boyle and Rick Danis of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s Capital Markets Group, and Tom Atkinson and John Pompay of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial’s Industrial Group.

SIMI VALLEY, CALIF. — All American Containers has leased a 76,090-square-foot industrial building in Simi Valley. The facility is located at 2390 Ward Ave., Unit B. The lease was valued at $1.4 million. All American will be relocating from a 29,000-square-foot facility. It was represented by John DeGrinis, Patrick DuRoss and Jeff Abraham of Colliers’ Encino, Calif., office. The landlord was represented by Scott Caswell of Delphi Business Properties.

COLUMBUS — Nifco America has signed a 135,000-square-foot lease expansion at 2435 Spiegel Rd. in Columbus. Nifco, which manufactures automotive parts, plans to expand its manufacturing and distribution services in the city. The company cites a significant growth in business, including parts needed for new Honda models. Curt Berlin and Matt Osowski of NAI Ohio Equities represented the landlord, Meritex, in the transaction. Joel Yakovac of Colliers International represented Nifco.

SALT LAKE CITY — Express Messenger Systems has leased 106,893 square feet at Landmark at Salt Lake Park. The company will use this space, located in Building 6, to expand its operations. The firm originally occupied 36,000 square feet in Building 5. This will allow Express Messenger to more than triple its space, while simultaneously bringing Building 6 to full occupancy. Express Messenger was represented by CBRE’s Tom Dischmann. IDI, the building’s owner, was represented by Rad Dye, also of CBRE.

VICTORVILLE, CALIF. — Modern Space Pacific Services has signed a lease for 47,652 square feet at the Southern California Logistics Centre in Victorville. This lease makes Modern Space the single largest user in the multi-tenant portion of the logistics centre, which currently boasts a 94 percent occupancy rate. The Centre is owned by Stirling Capital.

LIVONIA, MICH. — Longacre LLC has purchased a 14,600-square-foot industrial building in Livonia, a Detroit suburb, for $435,000. Located at 11965 Brookfield, the facility was built in 1973 and remodeled in 2000. The building includes 1,800 square feet of office space. Tony Avendt of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, First Industrial LP, in the transaction.
