MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd. has acquired four industrial buildings in Wisconsin from Clarion Partners for $29 million. The deals total more than 606,900 square feet and the properties are located in Glendale, Oak Creek and Pleasant Prairie, Wis. Tom Shepherd and Mike Fardy of Inland Cos. represented the seller in the deal.

POMPANO BEACH, FLA. — Cavache Holdings has acquired an 11,648-square-foot warehouse, located at 280 N.W. 12 Ave. in Pompano Beach, from Ray Anthony International for $1.1 million. Keith Kidwell of Sperry Van Ness' Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office represented the seller in the transaction, and Helen Weisman of Brenner Real Estate Group represented the buyer.
AURORA, ILL. — Liberty Property Trust has completed two significant lease transactions, bringing the Liberty Business Center in Aurora to full occupancy. International Paper/xpedx has signed a lease for 316,000 square feet. The company will relocate from its facility in Glendale Heights to the new space this summer, when a fit-out is complete. George Pappas of Hartford Associates represented the tenant in the transactions. In addition, Rockpoint Logistics has added 72,269 square feet to its lease, bringing its total space to 291,552 square feet. David Friedland of Newmark Knight Frank/Epic represented the tenant in the deal. Jim Estes, Jeff Kapcheck and Mark Bell of Colliers International represented Liberty in both transactions.
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. — Healthy Food Brands has purchased a 172,000-square-foot industrial building at 122 Quentin Ave. in New Brunswick for $3.2 million. The company is moving from Commack, N.Y. and plans to create more than 250 jobs. Healthy Foods is a marketer of “better for you” confections and chocolate products. Doug Richter and Ian Grusd of Sperry Van Ness / Richter Grusd represented the seller, 122 Quentin LLC, in the transaction. Ed Horne and Marty Kreiman of HK Commercial Realty Advisors represented the buyer.
SAN CLEMENTE, CALIF. – A 13,284-square-foot industrial R&D building in San Clemente has sold to Custom Ingredients for $2.1 million. The facility is located at 160 Calle Iglesia. Custom Ingredients acquired the property as an owner-user. It plans to fully occupy the facility. The company was represented by Kevin Bayless of Voit’s Irvine office. The seller, Holley Research & Enterprises, LLC, was represented by Rob Johnston of Johnston Pacific.
SHANNON, GA. — Aladdin Manufacturing Corp. has sold a 565,793-square-foot warehouse and distribution building, located at 212 Burlington Dr. in Shannon, to Ashley Capital. The buyer plans to further develop the facility. David Barber and Dan Stubbs of Binswanger's Atlanta office represented the seller in the transaction.
LEBANON COUNTY, PA. —Panattoni Development Co. has acquired 129 acres in the I-81/I-78 Logistics Park in Lebanon County. The company plans to develop two distribution and warehouse facilities totaling 1.5 million square feet. Plans also call for infrastructure improvements, such as the construction of a 1.5-mile road. The improvements are scheduled to be completed this year. The new buildings are expected to deliver in the spring of 2013. John Wilhide, Bart Anderson and Pat Lafferty of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
PHILADELPHIA — Advanced Recycling Corporation of America (ARCA) has doubled the square footage of its headquarters at 4301 N. Delaware Ave. in Philadelphia. The company now occupies 95,000 square feet. Sidney Gable and Steven Gable of Sidney E. Gable Associates Inc. represented the owner, Delaware Ave., in the lease transaction. They also represented the tenant. ARCA will use the space for its Green Salvage Operation of refrigerators, washers and dryers.
COSTA MESA, CALIF. — A 23,920-square-foot industrial property in Costa Mesa has sold to Jerry Palanjia for $2.85 million. The property contains two buildings located at 2960 and 2968 Randolph Ave. Palanjia was represented by Joel Burnstine of Burnstine and Kahele Real Estate. The seller, Raze Investments, LLC, was represented by Gregory Velastegui and Stephen Lane of Voit’s Irvine office.
INDIANAPOLIS — Carrier Corp. has renewed a 436,343-square-foot lease for its distribution facility at 710 S. Girls School Rd. in Indianapolis. Carrier is a heating and air conditioning products distributor for the building systems industries. Randy Rome, Andrew Morris and Jeremy Woods of Cushman & Wakefield's Indianapolis office, along with Andrea Hopper of Summit Realty Group's Indianapolis office, represented the tenant in the deal. The landlord is Transpacific Development Co.
