RICHMOND, VA. — Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has brokered the $1.9 million sale of a 63,729-square-foot warehouse and office property, located at 1601 Roseneath Rd. in Richmond. The property is currently 100 percent occupied by six tenants. Eric B. Robison and R. Scott Douglas of the firm's Richmond office represented the seller in the transaction.

SALEM, N.H. — Integrated Builders has completed a fit-out project totaling 100,000 square feet at 9 Northeastern Blvd. in Salem. Needham, Mass.-based Equity Industrial Partners hired Integrated Builders for the project, which included fit-outs of 74,000 square feet of industrial space and 26,000 square feet of office space. The U.S. corporate office of nora systems, Inc., a rubber floor covering manufacturer, will occupy the space inside the 9 Northeastern Blvd. building, a 660,000-square-foot warehouse. The McKenna Group Ltd. designed the project.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD. — Cassidy Turley has arranged the sale of a 613,000-square-foot industrial property, located at 1900 Clark Rd. in Havre De Grace, from a joint venture between MCB Real Estate and The Hampshire Cos. to Bentall Kennedy. The building is fully leased to The Sun Products Corp. Jonathan Carpenter, Jay Wellschlager and Philip Iglehart of the firm's Baltimore office represented both parties in the transaction.

LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has arranged the $12 million sale of the 317,834-square-foot former Robb & Stucky facility, located in Lincoln County Industrial Park at 3300 Finger Mill Rd. in Lincolnton. Warren Snowdon of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented Crystal Lake, Ill.-based Aptar Group, the buyer. The seller was AEW Capital Management.

MANCHESTER, PA. — Panattoni Development Co., Inc. has purchased a 193,000-square-foot distribution center/warehouse at 75 Steamboat Blvd. in Manchester from Harley-Davidson Motor Co. The property is located in the Brickyard Industrial Park and features 12,000 square feet of office space, a 100-space parking lot and a 152-trailer storage space. Harley-Davidson vacated the property in July. Colliers International’s Lee Fein and Michael Zerbe as well as Cassidy Turley’s James Barry represented Harley-Davidson. Panattoni was represented in house, and Cushman & Wakefield’s Gerry Blinebury, Pat McBride and Leah Balerno will handle future lease negotiations on behalf of Panattoni.

HOUSTON — Malvern, Pa.-based Liberty Property Trust has broken ground on two sustainable warehouse buildings totaling 212,000 square feet in Houston’s Liberty Northwest Business Center, formerly known as Beltway at Bammel, which is comprised of 538,400 square feet of Class A industrial space. One of the buildings will be an 84,000-square-foot flex facility located at 5500 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. West. The other building will be a 128,000-square-foot warehouse property located at 14031 Hollister Rd. Both buildings are being developed to achieve LEED certification by utilizing energy efficient HVAC equipment, low-flow plumbing fixtures, a highly reflective white roof membrane and energy-efficient lighting fixtures. The buildings are slated to open in January 2012. Perry Seeberger is the architect for the project, Terra Associates is the engineer and Cadence McShane is the general contractor. Jay Ohanesian is Liberty’s project manager.

OLIVE BRANCH, MISS. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $21.25 million sale of the 600,000-square-foot Diamond Comics Distribution Center, located at 7485 Polk Ln. in Olive Branch, to New York City-based AREA Property Partners. Stewart Calhoun, David Meline, Kirk Billings and Samir Idris of Cushman & Wakefield's Atlanta office along with Wyatt Aiken and Dave Curran of Memphis, Tenn.-based Commercial Advisors represented American Fund US Investments and Real Estate Capital Partners, the sellers, in the transaction.

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE) has brokered the $1.6 million sale of 19 Post Rd., a 25,400-square-foot industrial building in Portsmouth. The buyer, 19 Post Road Group, purchased the property from Five N Associates. The building is comprised of 3,000 square feet of office space and 22,400 square feet of warehouse space. Michael Tamposi of CBRE/NE represented 19 Post Road Group and William Luers of Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc. represented Five N Associates.
