WESTBOROUGH, MASS. — Ameridose Inc., a hospital pharmacy supplies manufacturer, has signed a lease for 64,592 square feet of office and manufacturing space at 201 Flanders Road in Westborough. The space is in addition to the 76,000 square feet the company recently leased at 205 Flanders Road. Craig Johnson of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. represented the landlord. John Eysenbach, also of R.W. Holmes, represented the tenant.

NORCROSS, GA. — Scannell Properties Inc. has selected Rosemont, Ill.-based McShane Construction Co. to construct a 215,500-square-foot warehouse and distribution center of behalf of FedEx Corp. Situated on 32 acres at 6265 Atlantic Blvd. in Norcross, the facility will offer 206,500 square feet of distribution space, with an automated conveyer system, and a 9,000-square-foot office component. Additionally, the property will feature a 32-foot clear height, 96 external docks, four drive-in doors and parking for 315 cars and 250 trailers. McShane will construct the exterior utilizing tilt-up concrete wall panels. Precept Inc. is providing architectural services for the project, which scheduled for completion in December.

BRIDGEVIEW, ILL. — VIP Bridgeview LLC has purchased a 37,503-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building, which is located at 7500-30 W. 99th Place in Bridgeview. The seller, Hinton & Associates, will lease back a portion of the building, with the remaining 15,000 square feet available for lease. The building offers one 11,001-square-foot unit, three 8,834-square-foot units, four docks and a drive-in door. Daniel Fanelli of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. represented the buyer; Andrew Polivka of The Polivka Group represented the seller in the transaction. The acquisition price was not released.

SAN DIEGO — Voit Real Estate Services has directed a $1.15 million industrial land deal at 1002 West Juniper Street in downtown San Diego. Voit’s Rex Huffman represented both the buyer, George Khouli of Payless Car Rental, and the seller, Bayview Inn Partners LP, in the transaction. The 20,000-square-foot parcel was formerly used as a parking lot for Greyhound buses.

SOUTHAVEN, MISS. — IDI has renewed Priority Fulfillment Services' 434,900-square-foot industrial lease at Building B within Airways Distribution Center in Southaven. Priority Fulfillment Services, a comprehensive end-to-end e-commerce solutions provider, has leased the space since 2004. Located at 8474 Marketplace Drive, the master-planned Class A business park offers six buildings totaling 664,828 square feet. Wyatt Aiken of Commercial Advisors represented the tenant; Tim Moore represented IDI in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not released.

CAROL STREAM, ILL. — Oakbrook, Ill.-based CenterPoint Properties has acquired the Davies Molding industrial building for an undisclosed price. The 83,600-square-foot property is located at 350 Kehoe Blvd. in Carol Stream. Situated on 4.7 acres, the property is 100 percent occupied by Davies Molding LLC, a division of Pettibone LLC. EnTrust Realty Advisors and and Alter 360° brokered the transaction. The seller was The Alter Group.

MILWAUKEE AND NEW BERLIN, WIS. — NAI MLG Commercial has closed two transactions totaling 54,400 square feet in Wisconsin. In the first transaction, Rah Rah Investments II LLC sold a 11,430-square-foot property, which is located at 6251 W. Forest Home Ave. in Milwaukee, to ORP Real Estate Holdings LLC for an undisclosed price. Steve Anderson and Nicole Hohnstein of NAI MlG Commercial represented the seller; Elizabeth Kane of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer. In the second transaction, RLT LLC acquired a 42,970-square-foot facility at 2800 S.163rd St. in New Berlin. Midwest Paper Tube & Can Corp. sold the property for an undisclosed price. Jon Packee of NAI MLG Commercial brokered the transaction.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD. — Bentall Kennedy has acquired a 613,000-square-foot distribution center in Havre de Grace for $26.4 million. Located at 1900 Clark Road, the center is fully leased to The Sun Products Corp. through February 2016. The seller was a joint venture between Hamphire Real Estate Companies and MCB Real Estate. Jonathan Carpenter, Jay Wellschlager and Philip Iglehart of Cassidy Turley's Baltimore office brokered the transaction.
