EVANSVILLE, IND. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $6.39 million sale of a 75,378-square-foot FedEx Ground facility, located at 14831 Foundation Ave. in Evansville. Alvin Mansour of Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office, along with Joshua Caruana of the firm's Indianapolis office, represented the seller, a Missouri-based vineyard and procured the San Diego-based buyer.
PHILADELPHIA — Teva Pharmaceutical Industries has purchased 140 acres at the Omni Logistics Center, located at 1 Red Lion Road in Philadelphia, and plans to construct a 1.2 million-square-foot distribution center. John Binswanger, Clive Mendelow and Paul French of Philadelphia-based Binswanger represented Teva in the land acquisition.
ESCONDIDO, CALIF. – Realty Income, which is based out of Escondido, Calif., has acquired a 12-property industrial portfolio that spans across eight states in a sale leaseback. The portfolio contains a total of 300,000 square feet that is currently leased to one of the nation’s largest environmental services companies. Financial terms were undisclosed. David Sobelman, Calkain Companies’ executive vice president, and Doug Wright, director of the firm’s industrial division, represented the private equity firm that managed the operational transaction.
