In the first transaction, Rah Rah Investments II LLC sold a 11,430-square-foot property, which is located at 6251 W. Forest Home Ave. in Milwaukee, to ORP Real Estate Holdings LLC for an undisclosed price. Steve Anderson and Nicole Hohnstein of NAI MlG Commercial represented the seller; Elizabeth Kane of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer. In the second transaction, RLT LLC acquired a 42,970-square-foot facility at 2800 S.163rd St. in New Berlin. Midwest Paper Tube & Can Corp. sold the property for an undisclosed price. FORT MYERS, FLA. — Gartner Inc. has selected McGarvey Development to construct its new 120,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial facility in Fort Myers. The property will be located within Eastlinks Business Park, a 46-acre, mixed-use park located at Daniels Parkway and Gateway Boulevard. Completion is scheduled for September.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD. — Bentall Kennedy has acquired a 613,000-square-foot distribution center in Havre de Grace for $26.4 million. Located at 1900 Clark Road, the center is fully leased to The Sun Products Corp. through February 2016. The seller was a joint venture between Hamphire Real Estate Companies and MCB Real Estate. Jonathan Carpenter, Jay Wellschlager and Philip Iglehart of Cassidy Turley's Baltimore office brokered the transaction.
TAMPA, FLA. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged a $2.6 million loan for Cypress Business Center in Tampa. Located at 4920 W. Cypress St., the 43,948-square-foot industrial facility is occupied by The AmScot Corp. and Cardio Command. Robert Hernandez of NorthMarq's Tampa Regional office arranged the financing through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
FOREST VIEW, ILL. — North American Terminals has purchased the Old Dominion Freight Terminal in Forest View. Situated on 14 acres at 5500 W. 47th St., the 134-dock freight terminal was valued at $8.77 million. Mark Baumhart of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the buyer; John Suerth of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Finch & Barry Realty, in the transaction.
SANTA ANA, CALIF. — NAI Capital has brokered the more than $4.1 million sale of a 49,506-square-foot industrial building located at 2249 Yale Street in Santa Ana. The brokerage firm’s J.R. Williamson and Chip Dever represented the seller, a private family trust, in the transaction, and Prestige Realty Group’s Joseph Muljana represented the buyer, JP California Property Management LLC.

The brokerage firm’s Luke Hudson and Scott Seal represented the buyer, Nail Harmony, in the transaction, and CB Richard Ellis’ Tom Dorman and Ian Britton represented the seller, Cohen Asset Management.
BRECKSVILLE, OHIO — Cleveland-based Ray Fogg Building Methods has completed a sustainable renovation of an existing 28,000-square-foot building in Brecksville for Rambus Lighting Technologies. Constructed in 1991, the office/warehouse building will be used as Rambus' R&D facility. The more than $2.5 million renovation included the addition of LED lighting and specialty ceiling systems, including suspended wood ceilings in the common areas and the lab/production work areas.
CARROLLTON — A two-story, 34,015-square-foot office/warehouse property, 1330 Capital Parkway, has sold in Carrollton. A Dallas-based bank and financial institution sold the property to a Carrollton-based limited liability company. Ron Hebert of Marcus & Millichap's Dallas office represented both parties.
