GRAYSLAKE, ILL. — Scannell Properties LLC has acquired a 33-acre land parcel, which is located at Route 83 within Grayslake Business Park in Grayslake, from Delos Inc. Scannell plans to develop a 215,000-square-foot distribution center for FedEx Ground in the site. Rodger Chenore, Patricia Baldwin and Terence Lynch of Chicago-based Paine/Wetzel • ONCOR International represented the seller in the transaction. The acquisition price was not disclosed.

HOUSTON — Medco Medical Supply has signed a 46,440-square-foot lease with Liberty Property Trust in Houston's Round Up Business Park. Liberty purchased the 227,800-square-foot industrial property, which is located near North Sam Houston Parkway, in July. Medco will move from its current location in the Legacy Center Business Park this December.
DALLAS — McGary Group II has leased 25,676 square feet of industrial space to Allied Stone in Dallas. The property is located at 2405 Crown Road. Lee & Associates' Nathan Denton and Hanes Chatham represented the landlord. CB Richard Ellis' Michael Chiocca represented the tenant.
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. — Terreno Realty Corp. has purchased an 80,524-square-foot warehouse building, located at 238-242 Lawrence Ave. in South San Francisco, from John C. Nickel Properties for $9.6 million. Cassidy Turley’s Matt Squires and Randy Keller represented the buyer in the transaction, and the brokerage firm’s Marshall Hydorn and Jason Cranston represented the seller. The multi-tenant airfreight and distribution/warehousing facility was fully leased at the time of sale.
ONTARIO, CALIF. – CT Realty Investors and Dallas-based Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT II have purchased the 231,444-square-foot Archibald Business Center, located at 2021 So. Archibald Ave. in Ontario, from Bixby Land Co. for $9.5 million. Fully occupied by SKECHERS USA Inc., the Class A facility features 206,484 square feet of distribution/warehouse space and 24,960 square feet of corporate office space. CT Realty represented itself and Behringer Harvard in the transaction; Rick John of Collins Commercial represented the seller.
OAK CREEK, WIS. — CenterPoint Properties is developing an 82,950-square-foot, build-to-suit industrial facility for Crothall Laundry Services, a division of Crothall Healthcare. Located on a 5.64-acre site in the Creekside Corporate Park in Oak Creek, the property will be used as a laundry facility for the Wayne, Penn.-based healthcare laundry provider. Terms of build-to-suit lease were not released.
RICHMOND, VA. — BTJM Holdings has purchased a 50,000-square-foot warehouse from Lobrico for $2.1 million. The property sits on 2.58 acres at 3210 W. Marshall St. in Richmond. Thalhimer's R. Scott Douglas brokered the sale.
WEST CALDWELL, N.J. — Maxlite has acquired a 52,204-square-foot warehouse/distribution building in Caldwell for its new headquarters. The property, which is located at 12 York Ave., will replace a nearby facility the company had been leasing. In addition to the warehouse space, the building contains 8,200 square feet of office space on the ground floor and mezzanine levels. Noah Balanoff and Stephen Elman of Cushman & Wakefield represented MaxLite in the sale. The seller, Triple W Realty Associates, provided in-house representation.
OKLAHOMA CITY — Q10 Kinghorn, Driver, Hough & Co. has arranged a $7.15 million loan for a warehouse leased to National Oilwell Varco. The 76,600-square-foot property is located in Oklahoma City. Aviva Investors funded the loan, which carries a 30-year amortization. Matt Franke of Q10 Kinghorn secured the loan.
KENT, WASH. — McQuaid Commercial has brokered the $2.1 million sale of a warehouse located at 22613 76th Ave. S in Kent. The building comprises a shell of 44,000 square feet situated on a 77,000-square-foot parcel. Michael McQuaid represented the seller, an out-of-state bank that foreclosed on the property late last year, in its disposition of the property to a local food distribution company.
