CHICAGO — Daily Meat Supply Co. has selected Summit Design + Build as general contractor for a renovation of the company's recently acquired 25,600-square-foot industrial facility in Chicago. Located at 2323 W. Fulton Market in Chicago's West Loop, the project will include the addition of a 10,000-square-foot freezer, 13,000 square feet of refrigerated cooler space, a processing and loading dock area, and 1,800 square feet of office space with a mezzanine level. Additionally, the property will receive new HVAC units, refrigeration units and incoming electrical service. Completion is slated for this fall. Daily Meat Supply Co. is relocating from its current location at 1000 W. Fulton Ave. in Chicago. Cornerstone Architects is providing architectural services for the project. SAN LEANDRO, CALIF. — Colliers International has negotiated an almost 144,000-square-foot industrial lease at an approximately 326,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility located at 1345 Doolittle Avenue, Suite A, in San Leandro. A company that warehouses and distributes coffee and other products, The Annex is relocating from its Hayward, Calif., facility to the site adjacent to Oakland International Airport to be closer to the Port of Oakland. The building includes 4,800 square feet of office space and more than 20 dock-high loading doors. Colliers International’s Greig Lagomarsino and Casey Ricksen represented the landlord, AMB Property Corp., in the transaction, and Paul Mueller of Cornish & Carey represented the tenant.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Green Metal Products has purchased a 33,958-square-foot industrial building, which is located at 24301 Capital Blvd. in Clinton Township. The company plans to use the facility to accommodate its expansion plans. The property was listed for $1.35 million, but the acquisition price was not released. Joe DePonio and Jason Capitani of L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

FORT WORTH — Hearthstone Delaware Properties of California has sold a 157,000-square-foot warehouse to Conti Warehouses for an undisclosed amount. The property, which formerly served as space for Levitz Furniture, is located at 6913 West Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth. The space had been vacant for nearly 10 years. Pete and Drew Richardson of Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented Hearthstone in the sale. Ryan Wood served as in-house representation for the buyer.

SAN DIEGO — Dentt Properties has sold a 94,698-square-foot industrial park, located at 2731-2739 Via Orange Way in the Spring Valley area of San Diego, for $12.25 million. The five-building industrial park was 98 percent leased to 45 tenants at the time of sale. ECP Commercial represented the buyer, Monica Handler Penner, in the transaction, which was part of a 1031 exchange; Dentt, a San Diego-based real estate investment and development firm, represented itself.

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Cleveland-based Weston has sold a 120,000-square-foot warehouse to Guy M. Turner Inc. for $1.8 million. The property is located at 2724 Commerce Drive in Rock Hill's Weston Commerce Center. Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International's Lester Osborn and A. Scott Hensley represented Weston in the transaction. CB Richard Ellis' Frank Larsen and Steve Lowe represented the buyer.

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — Colliers International has completed the disposition of 563,262 square feet of commercial space in Grand Rapids. In the first transaction, 3703 Patterson LLC acquired 529,202 square feet of commercial space at 3701 Patterson Ave. in Grand Rapids. Chip Bowling and Bill Bowling of Colliers represented the buyer; Duke Suwyn, Colin Kraay and John Kuiper of Colliers represented the seller, Elston Richards LLC, in the transaction. Terms of the sale were not released. Additionally, 3695-44th Street LLC has purchased a 34,060-square-foot commercial property in Grand Rapids. Tool Ventures International sold the property for an undisclosed price. Matt Abraham of Colliers represented the buyer; Ned Quinn of Gable Ventures represented the seller in the transaction.

PLAINVIEW, N.Y. — Grace Industries has acquired a 17,500-square-foot flex building located at 11 Commercial St. within Plainview Industrial Park in Plainview. The buyer plans to relocate its operations to the building from a leased facility in Whitestone, N.Y. The Newmark Knight Frank team of Scott Berfas, Chuck Tabone and Dan Gazzola represented the seller, 11 Commercial Street LLC. Jack O'Connor, also of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the buyer.

PONTIAC AND ROYAL OAK, MICH. — Colliers International has completed the sale of two industrial properties in Michigan. In the first transaction, Highwood Enterprises sold a 90,315-square-foot industrial facility located at 1500 E. Highwood in Pontiac for an undisclosed price. John Lominack of Colliers International represented the undisclosed buyer; Peter E. Kepic and Peter J. Kepic of Colliers represented the seller. In the second transaction, Lominack and Gary Glotzhober, also of Colliers, represented Granfam Properties in the disposition of 4850 Coolidge Highway, a 107,000-square-foot industrial property in Royal Oak. Additional details of the transaction were not released.

AUSTIN — Medwing,com has leased 29,600 square feet of warehouse space from the co-development team of Lowe Enterprises and McShane Development Co. The space is located in the 72,000-square-foot Tuscany Center 7 in Austin's Tuscany Center at Walnut Creek development. Skyles Baynes Co.'s Chris Skyles represented the tenant in the 6-year lease.
